Excellent 3am transfer from Cancun Airport to Playa Del Carmen - Taxis, rental cars, and shuttles all have potential for sketchy situations in Cancun. We booked this last-minute, as our flight was delayed 15h and we were to land at 3am, after the last ADO bus which we had initially intended to take. We were able to pay by credit card before our flight even left America, so the only on-the-ground cost was the tip, which we gave in USD. While not cheap, they were professional, communicative, clearly explained where they would be waiting for us, took our bags, and got us safely to our lodgings in Playa Del Carmen at 4am. The shuttle van was clean and had water, soda, and cerveza he said (not sure the details on that, since we had none). I would recommend this if you are unable to take the ADO bus, or need a private transfer in the middle of the night (many private companies do not work late night, or they need 24-48hrs notice to do so).

No issues - Booked the cheaper option then started to read reviews and got worried. But only waited about 15 minutes before the driver arrived. There was someone waiting for me and updating me as I waited. I had no issues other than some texts weren’t answered before I made it out of the airport.

too smaller car for us all - there were 4 adults, 2 children and 5 large suitcases crammed into a medium size 7 seater Kia car. 2 suitcases on the front seat. 40 mile approx journey, 1 hour of travelling. NOT IMPRESSED

Lousy service. - Lousy service, we were kept waiting 1 hour at the airport upon arrival, the staff did not know how to place the baby seat (Extra was paid for that service) for the return arrived in the early morning when the flight was in the afternoon and if you want them to return you are charged 900 extra cash when I do not even bring that amount. I wouldn't hire again.

Never showed up!!! - Rate it a 0!! Waited 90 minutes and nobody showed up to pick us up and never answerd the phone. Had to take a taxi and pay another $200 for round trip transportation.

No ride, cheated out of $80 - Do not use eTransfers in Cancun or trust them with your credit card as they are disorganized and essentially fraudulent. My young children, wife, and I recently booked a ride a week in advance from Cancun airport to Playa del Carmen. Upon arrival, we proceeded to the agent as instructed only to learn they did not have our reservation. Despite repeated attempts to contact the company through the provided Whatsapp number, neither the agent nor I were able to contact the desk. After 15 minutes of being stranded in the heat with my two young children and wife, they still could not produce a taxi let alone confirmation of my prepayment and right to a taxi. They then said we would be treated as a walk on, with an additional delay of 15 minutes *if* they confirmed our payment, which they hadn't done yet. We opted for an alternative taxi service, costing us $120 USD as a direct consequence of eTransfers' failure to produce a taxi as promised. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a full refund for the trip, I initially got an OK but got the run around later. Eventually their customer service stated that I was not eligible for a refund, citing that their staff did not deny me any service. We are out $80 even though they agree there was no taxi ride to Playa Del Carmen. I hope this review dissuades anyone from using them or trusting them with your credit card. Absolutely terrible customer service.
