Exceptional customer service that is clearly genuine and intentional? Well then, this is your ultimate Cozumel experience!! Lucy, Captain David and First Mate Eric are not only accomplished sailors, but also serve up service with a smile. If being pampered is challenging for you, this might be tricky, because these three will make you feel like the most special people on Earth! The food was fantastic, the boat handling was excellent (from the perspective of a seasoned sailor and boater) and the service never stopped being first class! You will truly feel like this is your own private escape. Even the food, cooked while we swam was so good that I felt guilty for not finishing it all. Staying at a top tier resort didn’t even deliver the level of service received by Windseekers! #lovelovelove and highly recommend!

Excellent day in Cozumel with Windseeker - We had a most wonderful experience with the Windseeker Catamaran group. We loved experiencing the ocean and the beach and were finished in plenty of time to get back on our cruise. They were so great to communicate with and very trustworthy. There were 10 adults and 12 children (ages from 3 - 12 years) in our group. We took taxis from where we exited from the cruise ship and it was a short drive to the harbor where the catamaran was. We were met at the drop off spot by Sol who guided us to the catamaran. The catamaran is well maintained and our crew for the day was Edwin, Felipe, Diego, and Sol. They had a beautiful fruit tray tastefully done for us to enjoy as we left for the snorkel cruise/beach adeventure. Their snorkeling equipment was great and they had nice flotation vests to aid in snorkeling. They had water and pop for us to enjoy as we sailed along. As we started our snorkeling experience, Diego and Sol were in the water the whole time with us. Diego guided the snorkeling and Sol brought up the back. They were awesome in helping those who need assistance and showed us wonderful underwater life. After our snorkeling ( 35 minutes) we went to a beach where they anchored off and fixed us a most delicious lunch made fresh right on the spot. They had tuna steaks, quesadillas for the kids, veggie tray to snack on ceviche and a green salad along with guacamole, pico and chips. It was amazing. Diego was awesome to stay in the water the whole time the kids were playing on the floating mat they provided which the kids LOVED. He was awesome to visit with. The beach was great for the kids to enjoy and we were there by ourselves. The kids loved being on the ocean and we thank the Windseeker crew for providing a most memorable day for our family. 🩷🌴

Family vacation - Awesome experience. Very family oriented. Service was 100 percent! Food and drinks were top notch. Texted us in the morning of the adventure and met us when we got out of taxi.

Great Boat Ride - Great day on the water. The crew did a great job with all the food and fun. Getting off on the sand bar is a blast. Really nice boat.

The absolute best! - The MOST amazing excursion we have ever been on. Lucy and Saul made our experience one we'll never forget. The catamaran is beautiful and very well maintained, the food was exquisite, never ending drinks and nothing but excitement and fun the entire trip. We brought 14 people from ages 4 - 43 and every single one of us had a blast. If you're lucky enough to book with Windseekers, you will love every second!

Absolute perfection - I can be pretty picky since I am a travel agent, but rest assured, if you book with Windseekers you will NOT be disappointed. The communication on the front end was flawless. The boat was luxurious and comfortable. The food was excellent and the staff was top notch. It was the perfect family day. I would book them every day if I could.
