Flight to Holbox - Our experience was excellent. From being greeted in Cancun to the private plane to the transfer to our hotel, it was seamless. We were unable to leave the island by plane due to bad weather so they arranged for a land transfer. The vehicle was clean, the driver was friendly and we arrived on time without worries. They refunded the difference of the flight right away. We would definitely use them again in our next trip to Holbox!

Above & beyond service! - Aurora & the whole team were absolutely fantastic. Easy & fast communication from start to finish. She made sure that myself & my group of 5 friends were well taken care of, knew exactly where to be, who to look for & what to expect. And when our flight back to Cancun was not able to make it because rains made the runway at Holbox unusable, she quickly & flawlessly arranged transportation from our hotel, to the ferry, tickets for the ferry, and transport from Chiquilá to Cancun! Private flight between Cancun and Holbox - Super efficient travel between Cancun and Holbox. It was very easy to book. The service was terrific and the views couldn’t be beat. Highly recommend!

Easy - The flight was easy, not too bumpy but that is to be expected. Very convenient to get fast to Holbox and scenic too. I wish they had a contact person picking up passengers at Cancun airport and organizing the transfer to the private terminal FBO. Dealing with dozens of cab drivers was not pleasant. On the other hand, a cab was ready in Holbox.

Beware: You'll pay much higher than quoted price! - Beware that costs quoted on the website are not what they charge you. They misrepresent the exchange rate to appear cheaper than what you'll pay. The site lists a private flight Cancun to Holbox as $790, but the charge is actually $850. The transfer from CUN airport to the FBO terminal is listed as $30, but the charge was $40. Then my flight was canceled and switched to ground/ferry and they charged over $400, which is DOUBLE what you get from other transfer companies. To add salt to the wound, they charge you a wire fee to get your refund back because they will not just refund your credit card. I'd avoid and select a service that is more upfront with pricing
