Excellent experience!! - An amazing experience, with beautiful views. Live aerodynamics in the foreground, with the security of being in the hands of a reliable company. The very friendly and professional captain, who welcomed us warmly and explained us, together with the maintenance technician, all the safety measures. The aircraft is in excellent condition. In the end, seeing the smiles of the people you love is priceless!

Private plane flights around the Riviera Maya - I booked a flight from Cancun to holbox, another from holbox to Chichen Itza, they waited 4 hours to make the visit and then fly to Playa del Carmen, everything perfect. Unfortunately the flight to holbox we could not do it because it had rained and the track that is dirt was puddled, at one point they organized my trip by road and were at all times attentive to my transfer, ferry taxi car in holbox, everything. The rest of the flights perfect, a real pleasure, super punctual, thanks to Mayra and pilot Alan.

Fast and professionally - The flight was short and managed very professionally(fast responses before we arrived and as well during our stay in Holbox for the flight back). The Flights Cancun stored our lagguage we didn't need to take to Holbox and organized the transfer from and to international terminals. Everyone was kind and helpful. Highly recommend 😎🥰

Easy - The flight was easy, not too bumpy but that is to be expected. Very convenient to get fast to Holbox and scenic too. I wish they had a contact person picking up passengers at Cancun airport and organizing the transfer to the private terminal FBO. Dealing with dozens of cab drivers was not pleasant. On the other hand, a cab was ready in Holbox.

Copa flight bad end to wonderful trip. - I am a gold member of Copa airlines frequent flyer club. I, my husband, my son and his wife and two small children traveled from an all inclusive resort in Cancun to Cordoba Argentina where we live. On our flights to Cancun service was good, as always, but the plane was dirty with trash still present, and in business class they ran out of meal options, though there were few travelers. The flights home were very different. It started with the personnel at the airport. Before we even entered the preferred travel line we were grilled by an employee, like being vetted or something. The counter workers weren't ready. Only one young man smiled. The others did not make you feel preferred at all. It took a long time for check in, not the quick service you pay for. On the flight out, the trash was still there, and even when the pilot annouced at the end of the flight that the stewards would be collecting it, they didn't. The stewards were horrible. They acted put out at every request. These flights are overnight so service is basically, food, lights out, people sleep. Pretty easy. Neither my husband's nor my business class seats worked. I was moved, but he was not. Food was rushed and the Steward acted very put out that we wouldn't' finish quickly. It was much worse for my son's family in economy. When he requested a blanket for his two small children, he was told there were none, on an overnight flight. When he asked for Coca cola, he was told there was none even though he saw the bottle on the cart. The person sitting next to my son was allowed to keep their large backpack on their lap for the entire flight leaving little space for the travelers on either side. There were young children running up and down the isles playing for a large portion of the flight with no comment from the stewards. There was one stewardess that was responsive, smiling, and attentive. I fly Copa 3 times a year. These flights were the worst ever. I am wondering if the airline is changing its policies.If so, I will be looking into Latam. Also, don't you think it's cowardly not to have a review section on airline web pages?

Beware: You'll pay much higher than quoted price! - Beware that costs quoted on the website are not what they charge you. They misrepresent the exchange rate to appear cheaper than what you'll pay. The site lists a private flight Cancun to Holbox as $790, but the charge is actually $850. The transfer from CUN airport to the FBO terminal is listed as $30, but the charge was $40. Then my flight was canceled and switched to ground/ferry and they charged over $400, which is DOUBLE what you get from other transfer companies. To add salt to the wound, they charge you a wire fee to get your refund back because they will not just refund your credit card. I'd avoid and select a service that is more upfront with pricing
