Excellent transfer airport hotel - Excellent service both ways. It was fast and the driver were very respectful and professional. Excellent service. Recommended! Expedia required me to book two rides as we were a group of 8, but we could fit in one ban, MTS made the arrangement. It was excellent. I will book directly next time

Overall Very Good! - Our flight arrived late and no one was waiting for us when we landed, which was annoying. When we found the staff, they said that we had to wait because we had not informed them that our flight was going to be late, which was even more annoying. You would think that because we had provided our flight number as part of our reservation, the company would have known that we were going to be late and planned accordingly. They made up for it, however, with a beautiful SUV with Marc Antonio driving.

The good trip was ruined by bad customer service - We opted for a private shuttle transfer both from the airport and from our resort. Both rides and drivers were good but we made the mistake of being nice and trying to help out the company. On our return to the airport, our driver received a phone call shortly after we were picked up. In his broken English he asked if we would mind if he picked up another couple at a close by resort. We were not in a rush back to the airport so we agreed if it was not too far out of the way. It ended up adding about 30 minutes to our trip as it was not as close as he said. When we returned home, we contacted our agent to request a refund for the private upcharge and were told to contact MTS customer service. I sent an email as instructed, received a confirmation email saying I would be contacted within 72 hours. This time came and went and two more emails were sent with no response. I have yet to receive any contact from this company nor have I received any type of refund. Moral of this story - don't try and be nice or help them out without getting your refund up front!

DO NOT USE THIS CO FOR AIRPORT TRANSFERS - Do not use MTS for airport transfers! 6th June they picked us up at our hotel to drop us at the airport terminal their driver knew where we were going to and dropped us at the wrong terminal, at no point did he confirm the terminal with us and we were not aware there was more than one terminal! we were then “helped “ to get a taxi to the correct terminal (max 5 mins ) in a taxi where a card reader was shoved in our faces to pay £50 for this short ride ! I truly believe this is a scam operated by the drivers & taxis at the airport it was so slick, I contacted MTS (mexican Travel Solutions ) who have promised me time & time again that they will refund me to be fobbed off time & time again this has now been over 7 weeks and still no refund !

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY TRANSFERS - We booked a return trip to and from Cancun airport to our hotel.
Leaving the airport, there were about 15 staff huddled around not attending to their customers. We had to wait about 20 minutes after letting the staff (Manuel) know that we were heading to our resort - about 15 minutes more than anyone else on our flight.
Then for the return trip, the driver did not show up. We waited at the hotel for 15 minutes beyond the pick up time. Finally we had to go to the front desk to request a taxi (costing my family an additional $87 USD). MTS is refusing to refund us via the travel agent. MTS gave our family a concierge, Fausto, who confirmed our pick up from the hotel - but then never picked up or texted when the driver did not show up.

Book at your own risk!! - The absolute worst shuttle company we have ever dealt with! Communication is nonexistent prior to arrival and upon returning back to airport. They wanted to pick me up 5hrs prior to my return flight, (hotel was 45mins away). When I called to express my disappointment with all issues, I was hung up on and when I called to complain, was told to go online.
We ended up paying extra to return to airport and allowing our little ones to sleep for 3hrs more. Upon returning home, I filed a complaint online, they responded once telling me they did nothing wrong and stopped all communication after that.
Book at your own risk!! They have zero customer service skills, they do not care to make things right once they have your money.

THE WORST TRANSFER SERVICE - PLEASE DON'T HIRE THEM!
THE WORST TRANSFERS THERE ARE AND IF YOU WANT TO AVOID MAKING COURAGE ON YOUR VACATION, DO NOT GO FOR THIS LOUSY SERVICE OPTION.
ARRIVING AT THE AIRPORT WE ALREADY HAD PRIVATE TRANSFERS.
For starters, another supplier name appears on the sheet you purchased. In Second, they do not advertise with your name or anything and so you do not know where to turn.
Later we were kept waiting a long time, since they do not have enough staff and still accept all reservations in order to sell.
For the return transfer, we communicated 24 hrs before, I was given a pick up to stop by us at the hotel 5 hrs before!!! And that's a private service, but since they have vans, they left them a lousy schedule. That we will do 4 hrs before my flight at the airport.
Your nefarious attention, as well as your efforts.
If you don't have enough staff, you better not sell. Lousy customer quality, worst transfers.

They will make you miss your fly and refuse return the money back. - We booked this company through Expedia for round trip transportation, they picked us up at the airport after 30mins wait and ended up didn’t picking us up from the hotel to the airport.we have to get the taxi and pay extra since we can’t contact either one of them because we out of US and no service.We asked Expedia to return half of the money back but this company refused it.We ended up have to pay double, don’t book through this company,unprofessional and no responsibility.We even contacted them by email 2 days before our fly but they stop answering us.Don’t make yourself almost missed the fly like us because you can’t contact either non of them in Mexico.

Do Not Use MTS for Airport Transfers - Do yourself a favor, avoid this company at all costs. Their customer service is terrible. Upon arrival it is not easy to spot the MTS agent. Upon finding the agent and moving on to where the rest of the agents and MTS vehicles are, you are made to wait in line in what seems chaos where there's no order and no one seems to know what's going on. Agents at airport are anything but pleasant or welcoming and you're treated like you're asking for a free ride and it's an inconvenience to them at best. Their representative at our hotel was simply useless. Does not know how to properly communicate with the guest and/or was too lazy to do his job. We spent all week trying to get information on how return trip to the airport works. On the day of our return,I contact the MTS hotel rep again to confirm time and he tells me he can't help because it's his day off and if I need something I need to call customer service. So I do, and then I get the very unpleasant Jonathan on the phone. I explain to Jonathan what's happening and that we have been requesting a 1:30 pm pickup time through Fausto all week. He rudely proceeds to tell me that they have us scheduled for for an earlier time and that's all they can do for us and if we don't like that time tough luck because that's all he has. It was not so much the discrepancy in time but the pure RUDENESS in which he communicated. ZERO customer service skills. They all act like we're just inconveniencing them. NEVER AGAIN.
