Anna and MTS were awesome - Anna was awesome, extremely helpful. She helped us on transportation, Xcaret and Xplor trips as well as water sports. She helped even we have to change hotel during stay. Thank you Anna.

Excellent transfer airport hotel - Excellent service both ways. It was fast and the driver were very respectful and professional. Excellent service. Recommended! Expedia required me to book two rides as we were a group of 8, but we could fit in one ban, MTS made the arrangement. It was excellent. I will book directly next time

Overall Very Good! - Our flight arrived late and no one was waiting for us when we landed, which was annoying. When we found the staff, they said that we had to wait because we had not informed them that our flight was going to be late, which was even more annoying. You would think that because we had provided our flight number as part of our reservation, the company would have known that we were going to be late and planned accordingly. They made up for it, however, with a beautiful SUV with Marc Antonio driving.

Do not use, they are rude and unprofessional - Booked a return transfer to the airport via Expedia less than 48hrs before departure. The company never sent a pickup time. When I called the night before they wanted to drop us off 4 hours before our flight which meant a very early pickup that was completely unnecessary. Asked if they could change the pickup time but they refused. They said the only option was to cancel with no refund. They were absolutely rude and unprofessional. Will avoid them like the plague in future.

THEY NEVER SHOWED UP TO TAKE US BACK TO THE AIRPORT - DO NOT USE!!! THEY NEVER CAME TO PICK US UP!!! When we arrived we were not greeted, the staff was rude as can be. I saw all the other travel companies and they were amazing. After waiting a long time and them trying to sell us on either things, they finally drove us to our hotel. They called and text us our entire trip to try and get us to buy more again. However the absolute unacceptable thing... they never showed for our prepaid private shuttle to the airport. Luckily we made friends and they let us ride with them in their shuttle, a different company.

No one picked us up - Refused to reimburse - I strongly advise against using this company (also known as Super Shuttle) due to their poor transportation service and abysmal customer support.
Despite acknowledging that no one picked us up for our prepaid, confirmed taxi (as confirmed by their own GPS records), they insisted I provide proof that I used another taxi service. When I did, they refused to issue a refund because the transaction on my credit card statement was processed in Ciudad de Mexico instead of Cancun.
The service was terrible, and the customer support was even worse. After wasting hours trying to get reimbursed with this company (following Orbitz's recommendation), Orbitz eventually stepped in and reimbursed me, but it was an exhausting and frustrating process.
Additionally, we booked round-trip PRIVATE taxi transportation but upon arrival to the airport, they lacked sufficient drivers and offered us either a group taxi or an unreasonably long wait for a private one.
It takes over 30 minutes to reach a live person on the phone, and they don’t respond to customer service emails unless you’ve already spoken with someone.
Avoid this company at all costs!

Terrible airport transfer experience...do not recommend!!!! - I initially booked MTS when I booked my vacation package. About 3 days prior to my trip I was contact by an MTS rep (Erika Rios) who wanted to confirm my arrival information. During the conversation, we discussed the option of upgrading to a private transfer for both trips (from and return to airport). I agreed to the upgrade as I wanted to get to the resort quicker once we arrived. I paid an additional $80 USD (each way) for the privilege of a private transfer.
Once we arrived in Cancun I found the MTS rep, who barely acknowledged my presence, who told me and my friend to step aside. I assumed that our van was pulling up at any minute. Well, I was wrong. We proceeded to wait for 45 minutes for our van and driver to arrive. When I approached the representative to find out what was happening, all he said to me was: "driver not responding".
I was extremely disappointed, I could have saved the extra money I paid and just done the shared transfer and could have arrived at our resort at the same time.
I reached out to Erika the next day via the email she sent me with the confirmations, which stated she was my "personal travel concierge" to help with any issues. I got a response from her apologizing and then directing me to send another email to a different address to complain. So far I have yet to receive a response from MTS and it has been over a week. Zero acknowledgment from them.
I will never use this company again, they are a rip-off and not worth it. Not to mention the vans they use are old, beat up and aren't comfortable at all.

DO NOT USE THIS CO FOR AIRPORT TRANSFERS - Do not use MTS for airport transfers! 6th June they picked us up at our hotel to drop us at the airport terminal their driver knew where we were going to and dropped us at the wrong terminal, at no point did he confirm the terminal with us and we were not aware there was more than one terminal! we were then “helped “ to get a taxi to the correct terminal (max 5 mins ) in a taxi where a card reader was shoved in our faces to pay £50 for this short ride ! I truly believe this is a scam operated by the drivers & taxis at the airport it was so slick, I contacted MTS (mexican Travel Solutions ) who have promised me time & time again that they will refund me to be fobbed off time & time again this has now been over 7 weeks and still no refund !
