Avoid at all costs - They had no van for us at the airport. We waited forever and ultimately had to book another taxi at additional expense. Terrible service, please avoid.

DO NOT BOOK - Terrible! I booked through Expedia for roundtrip and couldn’t even locate them when I arrived to the airport. The representatives were very unpleasant and was told the wait for transportation would be 45-90 minutes. I would never book with this company again. I have booked with Amstar previously and never had an issue with ground transportation. The max wait time is about 15 minutes - for the price we paid for Mexico Travel Solutions we received in private taxi service which is what I had to book as a result.
They were unable to refund any money although the services weren’t utilized. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM - choose Amstar or better yet wait until you get to the airport to book a private taxi service. You do not get a better deal ahead of time no matter what they say! And it’s safe to also get a taxi while at the airport so don’t let them scare you!

Don't use them - Please avoid at all cost unless you like wasting your money. Awful customer service. We will NEVER use them again. We requested a refund since we only used them for pick up and they could not accommodate. So we lost our money for only half the service.

Nadia showed up from the company to make the move! - Passengers were left hanging in the terminal at 11 o'clock at night, there was no one from the company.
Not only that, but they also refused to repay the transfer money they never provided because of their own problems.

Showed Up Wrong Time - Fraudulent Customer Service - Showed up at the wrong time - 3:30AM instead of 3:30PM as scheduled over the phone. Made fraudulent claims over the phone regarding having recordings of me stating 3:30AM over the phone. Refused to issue a refund.

Mexico Travel Solutions sucks - We booked a private transportation from the airport to Moon Palace Grand. We were picked up in a small car. I was expecting a Cadillac Escalade or similar. The problem is on the return trip to the airport our airline changed our flight time, MTS wouldn't let us change our time because we didn't give them 48 hour advance notice. Really! ! ! We can't control the airlines. Will NEVER use them again.

Scam. Avoid at all cost - Wish I can leave a negative review. Avoid at all cost. Booked a private shuttle for transportation to airport and hotel and from hotel to airport. After getting out of the airport, waited 20-30 min while waiting for transfer to the hotel, no reason. I was upset and asked why are we waiting as there was so many shuttles sitting there in the parking lot and I didn’t need to wait for other people to arrive. They finally decided to transfer us to the hotel. Then had to rush to meet up with the agent to discuss transportation back to the airport on the day of departure. Ofcourse they’re so eagered to sell packages and texting back immediately when asked questions. The day of the departure, my family and I arrived 30 min earlier at our hotel
Lobby, waited and no one came. Hotel staff helped calling them for pickup, no answer. I reach out to the same agent that organized the transportation, no answe. Called at least 7 times, no one picked up. Very irresponsible. Contacted Expedia to help, no answer.. Finally someone showed up in a personal old run down suv with no logos on the car and claim they’re from the company. Horrible. Avoid this company ar all cost.

Do not use, they are rude and unprofessional - Booked a return transfer to the airport via Expedia less than 48hrs before departure. The company never sent a pickup time. When I called the night before they wanted to drop us off 4 hours before our flight which meant a very early pickup that was completely unnecessary. Asked if they could change the pickup time but they refused. They said the only option was to cancel with no refund. They were absolutely rude and unprofessional. Will avoid them like the plague in future.

THEY NEVER SHOWED UP TO TAKE US BACK TO THE AIRPORT - DO NOT USE!!! THEY NEVER CAME TO PICK US UP!!! When we arrived we were not greeted, the staff was rude as can be. I saw all the other travel companies and they were amazing. After waiting a long time and them trying to sell us on either things, they finally drove us to our hotel. They called and text us our entire trip to try and get us to buy more again. However the absolute unacceptable thing... they never showed for our prepaid private shuttle to the airport. Luckily we made friends and they let us ride with them in their shuttle, a different company.
