Excellent service - The ride Erik Perera gave us on October 31st, 2024 was amazing. He was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. He made us feel comfortable and safe. He is a very nice worker, recommended us to visit to different places in Cancun. Aside from that he asked us if the AC temperature was fine. Also, he asked if the music was fine and since I had a headache he lowered the volume. That was thoughtful of him, he did not have to do that. My husband and I are very pleased to ride with him. Thanks for your service and we will definitely consider your service on our next trip.

A great service with friendly staff and drivers - Very efficient service from the time of booking to being collected. Very responsive on emails and staff were very friendly and approachable at Cancun airport. It’s all a bit crazy in arrivals at Cancun airport, but Happy Shuttle staff are easy to spot in their green T-shirts. There was a bit of a delay at getting our car due to the thunderstorm we encountered on arrival, but the staff were apologetic (despite this not being their fault) and worked super hard at getting us on our way as quickly as possible. Clean cars (on collection at airport and hotel), polite and friendly drivers and a safe drive. Would definitely use them again and recommend them!

Friendly driver, excellent service - We had a shuttle arranged ahead of time and definitely recommend doing that. There are so many people offering services, knowing it was already booked made it so much easier. The directions to find the company were detailed and clear. Our driver, Raphael was the absolute best! He helped me practiced my Spanish and he spoke English giving good information and tips for the hour drive. Would highly recommend him and the company.

Thank you Trinidad! - Once we arrived in Cancun, Trinidad picked us up and took us to our hotel. He was AWESOME! We had great conversations and also taught us some Spanish on the way to the hotel haha. We requested that he drive us back to the airport after our trip was done but we didn’t get him, sadly. But I highly recommend Happy Shuttle and Trinidad for your shuttle services in Cancun!!

Reliable transport to/from airport - Overall we were happy with Happy Shuttle Cancun HSC! We took 3 transports and used Happy Shuttle Cancun for 2 of them. Beforehand we scheduled online for airport pick up and drop off. They are very easy to reach to make updates or ask questions. As advertised, they are reliable, on time and priced competitively. The vans were air conditioned, clean and like new. There are cheaper options to van shuttles like the local bus but they are not as convenient with direct drop off at your hotel. After we exited the airport, HSC was easy to find – a rep had a company sign and wore a company bright green polo, he checked us in. He did tell us it would take 10-15 minutes for the van without explanation but that gave us time to run to the airport ATM to get some pesos. It was an 8 minute wait. The drive from the Cancun airport to Playa del Carmen PDC took about 50 minutes. We booked a private transport for an incremental amount more. Waters and sodas cost extra but we did not pre-order online or ask upon arrival and it was not offered upon arrival (which worked for us as we did not want to feel pressured). For our return to the airport at 5am, HSC was prompt. At this early hour and staying at a big resort, we could probably have used a taxi but with 4 of us, the shuttle made sense. We do wish that the discount for roundtrip would have been honored even if we dropped off at one hotel and picked up from another. Our 3rd transport was from PDC to Cancun (hence the different drop off and pick up locations mentioned above) and we choose a different shuttle service. Happy Shuttle Cancun quoted us $25 more than a competitor – and both were way more than the shuttle from the airport to PDC even though it was a similar distance. Since timing didn’t matter as much, we went with the less expensive option. The driver was 15 minutes late but did give us cold water for free and the van was air conditioned. Happy Shuttle Cancun is professional and on time. We would definitely use them again for transport to/from the airport.

Great company - The shuttle was easy to arrange for a round trip pick up for 4 from the airport to the Vidanta Rivera Maya resort. Ricardo called to check in before I left and the problem with different terminals was uncovered. He gave me options for a solution and we made a plan. After I arrived, I realized that other members of my party were all leaving at different times and even on different days. I only had my cell phone and was having poor service. I sent them multiple crazy probably emails trying to break down my 4 person return on one day into three different returns to the airport. I really appreciate that they hung with me but my texts and emails were not going well and a large part of the problem was me and confusion on when exactly everyone was leaving, using a small screen and poor connection. Finally I called them and with Abby we were able to sort it all out. I paid for two additional trips and we were set. However when I got the confirmations there were still some issues which as late as the night before the last two trips, Ricardo helped me sort out. So The entire situation was a nightmare for me but it was my fault and not theirs. They were great really. shout out to Garibaldi, my driver as I returned home. He was so kind. Thank you

Great Service - Because my wife started with sciatica while we were in Cozumel I changed our scheduled pick up several times and they were extremely accommodating.

Excellent Service! - The Cancun airport is very chaotic, but the shuttle was on time when we arrived and on time when we departed from the hotel. Will use this service again!!

Worst trip of our life - We had a nightmare experience and I hope it will serve other travelers. (Sunday, August 4, 2024, traveling from Cancun Airport to Barceló Riviera Maya) 1. Upon arrival at the airport, we could not find the Happy Shuttle representative because he was wearing hearing aids and was under a column flipping to the opposite side of the arrivals. 2. It took the van almost an hour to arrive. I had to speak to ask the reason for the delay and was told that they did not have my Reservation because "I had made it 25 minutes ago" (when I had made the Reservation 48 hours earlier). 3. The van that arrived was NOT for 10 passengers, one of us had to go ahead, without a seat belt, holding on to where he could because besides the driver, he used his cell phone, even though it came at 120 km per hour. 4. The air conditioning was NOT good, which is criminal with a climate of 32 degrees. 5. Suitcases didn’t fit and came overhead with the danger that they would fly out at any time into our heads. 6. After 25 minutes of transfer, we went over the highway (in an unbounded space), to be changed to another van, which already had air. Finally we arrived at our hotel, totally disappointed with the service. I hired them, because they had good reviews, yet I realize they were lies.
