happy ride - We had a little wait time from airport pick up which is understandable due to traffic. The guy who picked us up from the airport gave us a lot of good info about good places to visit. Very friendly. The driver from the resort was on time. My only problem was the misunderstanding about the payment. They need to verify if the amount is per person but we got I sorted out. Both drivers were safe drivers.

Smooth, affordable and comfortable transportation - Prompt and comfortable transportation. Drivers are very courteous and helpful. Smooth, roomy and air conditioned ride.
We were a party of 8 adults and very affordable, will definitely use you again!

Excellent service - Punctual and reliable service for airport transportation. Very impressed. Driver turned up 20 mins early for the pick up. Reasonable price compared to other companies. Highly recommend it.

Great peace of mind using them! - This was our third time using Happy Shuttle, and once again we had a great experience. It was easy to find the staff outside the airport when we arrived, we only waited a few minutes for our driver, and he got us safely to the hotel. On the way back, another driver showed up in time to pick us up and drop us off to the airport. Both drivers - Wilber Gonzalez and Jorge Nah Cahun - were very polite, friendly, and drove safely. Each of them asked for our input on the A/C temperature, music volume, whether we wanted to chat or have quiet, it truly was an excellent customer service experience. Happy Shuttle gives us peace of mind and we will continue to use them wherever we go and they have a presence. Highly recommend them!

Anniversary trip - Definitely enjoyed my private transportation, to and from the airport! They were on time , the car was clean . Drivers spoke English good and they definitely kept good communication from the start. I will definitely use them again!

Excellent experience - Waited few minutes to the hotel but from hotel they were 15 minutes early. Both of the drivers were engaging and spoke english well enough to converse and recommend trips and visits to the city and others. Van the first time and suburban back to the airport. Recommend and will use again in the future

Highly recommended - Very attentive, always respond to messages, units are clean and drivers are very friendly... They always have their logo in sight and you can quickly identify them. They got me out of trouble as a day before my trip another agency cancelled me and they responded immediately and confirmed the trip and everything 100% recommended

Reliable company - I booked Happy Shuttle for private roundtrip transportation to and from the Cancun airport. Upon arrival my ride was not ready right away but I didn’t wait more than five minutes. For my ride back to the airport they were promptly. I would use them again. The price was reasonable and the people that work there were nice.

No so Happy!!!! - It has already been 2 times that I make a reservation with them and it has taken me more than half an hour for a representative to show up at the meeting point of domestic arrivals. I had to call the office both times. They are cheaper than Canada transfers but the punctuality and condition of the vehicles are not the best besides that they charge you in advance.
