LEFT STRANDED AT THE AIRPORT - We confirmed with MEXICO TRAVEL SOLUTIONS via email that an employee will be waiting outside the doors to pick us up to the hotel. I even followed up during the flights and confirmed no delays to an employee (Marcus). We arrived at 9pm, it was rainy, airport had minimal people and our ride was not there. I emailed Marcus and no response. I called the number and no answer. We even reached out to the hotel to help us with contacting them. Hotel employee was placed on a hold for over 10 minutes and had to end the call. A bystander also offered to call as we were still trying and finally got in contact with Roberto. Roberto confirmed that they had a van at terminal 2 picking up other passengers so we shared we are at terminal 4 and can wait for the van. He stated that there was no more room in the van for us and he could try to arrange transportation for us in about 2-3hours.😳. We started our traveling at 3:30am. We pleaded with him to please get us a ride or a guarantee of some sort and he must have been frustrated and ended the call. We got different transportation and paid additional costs and contacted Expedia on the ride there. Interacted with the Expedia employee for a bit before losing reception (long remote drive to the hotel). We contacted Expedia the next day and they contacted this travel company who said we should not have gone outside the airport and instead should have gone to the service desk. This was the only mention of a service desk and how would anyone know? And through out the day, we were receiving messages on WhatsApp from this company offering excursions like they did not leave us stranded. They told Expedia that we did not show up at the airport but we made it to the hotel. I would NOT recommend this MEXICO TRAVEL SOLUTIONS to anyone for your safety and reliability. Book your transportation through the hotel for peace of mind. Reserve at your own risk with the understanding that you are not guaranteed a pick up/drop off or both.

UNPRESENTABLE COMPANY! - Mexico Travel Solution: this company is unpresentable. I booked via expedia this transfer and they never picked up my clients from Cancun airport. After calling the company several times, they never responded and having waited 2 hours, my clients decided to take a taxi to the hotel. When I made the claim, the vendor Mexico Travel Solutions said my client was NOT SHOW! They are Liars! Do not book transfers with this company.

No compassion - My husband landed in a Mexican hospital near death and we couldn’t make our departure shuttle. I reached out to MTS and they told me to send them proof of the hospital stay so that I could get a refund for the upgrade to the private shuttle. They have told me several times that they are working on it but still nothing. I have been dealing with this since April 9 and it is now May 15. They have no compassion in an emergency situation. Even expedia will not refund the originally booking. Don’t use them. Be sure to ask before booking your shuttle! Awful!!!

Awful. Do NOT book with MTS anywhere in Mexico. - TERRIBLE COMPANY. The hotels don't recommend using MTS. MARK MY WORDS DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. They are the worst!!!!!! don't look any further. We were left stranded at the Cancun Airport for 2 hours after midnight, the driver "went home" nobody was around to help. We paid $110USD to get to the hotel. Guess what? THEY CAME OVER 1.5 HOURS EARLY ON PICKUP!!!!! Deemed a no show!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!

Use Taxi or Uber instead - Had to wait 20 mins before got picked up from airport , while returning told me to drop of 5 hours early (airport is 15 mins from the resort) or else they cant..I had to take taxi while return. Also they will not return money .use taxi or uber which is half of the price

0 stars - If you like being forced to go to the airport 4 hours early despite it being a private shuttle, than this is the company for you. Arbitrary rules in place mixed with red tape stipulations to try and ensure you have no control over when you get to the airport. Would not recommend this company at all, there are plenty of better options. Customer service is non existent.

Terrible company. Save yourself the hassle and the money and take a taxi. - I recently utilized this shuttle service for transportation from Cancun airport to my hotel, and I feel compelled to share my experience because it was so negative. First off, a taxi or Uber is easier and much cheaper. The customer service I received was far from satisfactory. It was mistake after mistake on their end and then when trying to find a solution with Carlos we were met with an incredibly hostile response. Expedia should under no circumstance be recommending this company. What disappointed me even more than our shuttle back to the airport arriving a hour early and no one telling us was the dismissive and rude tone of the customer service agent, who seemed more interested in blaming me than addressing the issue at hand. No solution or refund was offered at any point in the situation. Under no circumstance, what I recommend using this company for a shuttle, let alone an excursion.

Worst travel experience in Cancun - This is the worst travel experience I had as I had to put with bunch of unprofessional, unethical guys who flexed muscle power and forced us in shared vehicle while I had booked private vehicle. After arrival at the Cancun airport, I contacted MTS representative. Initially MTS told me that my transport will be there in 10 minutes, however I had to wait over 1+ hour. And every time when I inquired them about my transport, they told me around 10 more minutes. Finally after 1+ hour of wait, MTS put me and my family in a vehicle and then we were siiting in the vehicle for 10 more minutes. My wife and I were sitting one 3-seater bench seat while my kids (16 and 11 yrs) were sitting on another 3-seater bench seat. Then one MTS guy came and told us that either my wife and I had to seat with the kids for kids safety reason, so I joined my kids while my wife sat alone. After few minutes wait, another guy came and told us that we all four has to seat on 3-seater one bench seat as they going to add another family. When I told them I have booked private transport, he told me that there is some accident and I have to share transport. Then he told me that I can call my booking agency and cancel the transportation. When I reminded him that we were waitng for over 1+ hour and cancellation is 24 hours in advance, he uttured some thing in spanish and goes away. Then three MTS guys come together and get on my face and tells me that today is shared transportation only. Either I take the transport what/when they provide or get lost. We travelled enough and this is the worst travel experience I had. I had return transport booked with them and we decided not to use it as I didn't feel safe.

Do not use this Company (use Uber or Taxi for much better experience) - This company is awful. First off once we arrived at the airport, we had to walk 15 minutes to where the vans were parked (after talking to someone in the correct shirt). We then had to wait another 15 minutes for the van to arrive. On return to airport, someone reached out wanting to meet 2 days before departure. We were only there 3 nights on this trip. I said I could not because we were busy on a snorkel tour. No response otherwise then and on departure day, the hotel said we needed to leave by 2:45 to make our flight. I had reached out to the company and asked when they were picking us up...for which they replied now--which was at 12:20 (seriously who wants to spend 4 hours at the airport waiting with a 5 and 7 year old that both have hyper-activity). I said no--we were going to the pool. I reached out by email about addressing this and they are blaming me since we were supposed to meet 48 hours in advance (it is just a ride--not complicated and they made it so much). Save you time and money--and enjoy more of your trip by avoiding this company

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY & TIME - on the day of arrival, Driver told me to contact them a day before my departure which I did and find out that my pick up time was set to 6:30am where my flight depature was 5pm (no change in flight schedule). also, they stated 48 hours prior to pick up time but no email/phone call to let me know the pick up time. ALSO!!! no one showed up at 6:30am and I had to call around waste my half day to find alternate transportation to the airport. I cannot get any refund or compensation back although I did nothing wrong....................
