Amazing family experience - This was definitely worth every penny. Our grandchildren range from the age of 1 to 12 years old. Experiencing the very blue waters of Cancun and actually swimming in the calm sea in Isla mujeres was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ordered their fruit and snack trays and our family loved them. We also rented the floating mat and this was a must with the children. This was the highlight of our trip. 🤩👌👌

10/10 we would do this again on our next trip to Cancun! - We had the best time! The crew was very considerate and was always there to help, whether it was grabbing you a drink or helping you up/down the ladder. They helped us put on an amazing birthday celebration for our friend and provided drinks and food whenever we needed them. The food we ordered was also amazing. We went to Isla Mujeres and just hung out in the water with each other.

Perfect summer fun - The staff was very friendly. There were plenty of beautiful views. The staff was super helpful and friendly during the snorkeling. They were also very attentive and courteous during the our ride.

Had a great time with family on this tour. We booked the 2 hour sunset sail, it was spectacular. Took plenty of pics - This trip was just perfect, exactly what we were looking for. Had a great time. Crew was very friendly and professional. Definitely book, highly recommended

100% excellent experience - We had an amazing time! The crew and the captain were excellent and did a great job. The chicken and sirloin tacos were tasty and the fruit was nice and fresh. I would definitely recommend!

Extremely Disappointed - Rented the yacht for a family birthday excursion. We were extremely excited for the yacht ride but things were strange upon arrival to the yacht. The boat was extremely worn and the AC was not working on the interior of the boat. We wanted this type of boat because we had people in our party with asthma and couldn’t take the outdoor area for too long. There were wires hanging throughout the boat and the restroom was creepy. The crew onboard were nice but they were dressed as if they were mechanics. There clothes were very oily and dirty. Once on the ride we were stopped by the police in the ocean. They boarded the boat and found several issues with the boat. We smelled a strong odor of gas coming from the boat once we docked at our first stop. The crew and captain could not communicate to us due to the language barrier. After about an hour with the police our mood went from festive to concerned about our safety. Our trip was ruined the company did give us $100 as refund for our inconvenience but we spent several hundred more for a trip that was a huge disappointment. I will not recommend this company for any yacht rentals. ( The yacht in the picture has a different name than the yacht that was given to us) Red flag
