Amazing experience - Absolutely amazing experience! The booking was smooth, as well as the rest of the tour. They answered all the questions, they met us and walked to the yacht. The time on the water and snorkeling was unforgettable. The yacht crew was incredibly nice and helpful. Thank you!!!

Great fishing experience! - Great experience! Great staff! Everything went smoothly. We had breakfast burritos which were delicious. We caught several fish! Took a red snapper to the restaurant at the marina and had fish tacos!

Beautiful Boat and Wonderful Crew - The boat was beautiful and the captain and crew were wonderful. It was clear that they had been briefed about our situation and our wishes ahead of time. They were very friendly and accommodating, and made us feel welcomed.

Awesome experience! - This was the highlight of the trip! The scheduling was easy!!! Paying was easy!!! The staff was phenomenal!!! The experience was GREAT! We brought 2 bottles of champagne with us…they had plastic champagne glasses for us…but, we had our own! We used the transportation through them. It was done with ease and they were on time! We didn’t order food, but the 2 staff members who were our guides for the day made sure we stopped to eat! The food was wonderful!!! Get the ceviche! Muah!!! Bring towels! We ordered the floating mat…glad we did! It was fun/great!!! This company was wonderful! I am going to book again for November 2024 when I solidify my travel plans next week! Thank you! You are AWESOME!!!❤️ I will want this excursion on EVERY vacation!!!

Amazing service and experience - The service was amazing and booking was so easy. I recommend going with their transportation company. The experience was incredible and the tour guides were so knowledgeable and caring. Definitely will go again and I recommend everyone to do it!

Would do it again - We had the best time! The crew was great and we felt safe and catered to the whole time. We had the flexibility to do what we wanted (Shop, float, snorkel) and that was the best part.

5 star plus experience - This day was absolutely magical. From the moment we started the booking until we stepped off the boat everything was perfect. The staff and caption catered to our every wish. The onboard photographer went above and beyond. They also were able to accommodate a very short notice of day change due to a wind storm. It was perfect in every way and I would highly recommend them.

Cousins Birthday - The yacht was top tier. Everyone was very nice and attentive. The birthday decor was beautiful and the food was delicious!

Trying to keep our children safe! - We scheduled a 4 hour sunset boat cruise that I thought was going to stop at places we could snorkel and that definitely did not happen. For starters, make sure you check the weather right before you start your tour. When we got on the boat it was clear skies. With rain clouds at a distance. I figured if it was going to rain where we were going, the tour company would tell us or reschedule. Long story short, we get to isla mujeres and the 2 men who were with us are in a panic, the are pulling anchors and try to maneuver their boat so we wouldn’t crash into other boats. For an hour, we sat in the boat waiting for a huge storm to pass. All our towels and things were getting wet. What’s worse they set up the food on a table which I later took inside the boat because it was getting completely rained on. Will post pics later. By the time the rain cleared, they were trying to reposition the boat over and over until we got to a shallow spot since we were traveling with 2 of our kids. And finally, had like 25 mins of swimming but no snorkeling. We did the best we could with what we had. While I wouldn’t blame them for the weather, the reason I wouldn’t recommend this tour is they should have rescheduled it from the beginning and when the rain did clear, Alexis was in a hurry to get back. Even cut our swimming time short. The charged us $60 extra dollars to use a Lilly pad for 20 minutes. Don’t waste your money.
