Always luxurious experience!!! - I've been there a few times, and I always come away very happy. Why your shows are top notch. He asks nothing of cirque du soleid shows. We always go to the top, because that's where you can see best. Besides, you're not tight and you're sitting. It is very worth going to coco bongo!!! Excellent always!!!

Unreal night 🙌🙌🙌 - What a fantastic night, this is a must do for all adults when you visit Cancun.
Great selection of shows, music and other entertainment. Totally wild (in a good way)
Just a tip for you , if you are planning to book this with your holiday company reps please check in your hotels first to see if there is an official coco bongo rep.
My tui rep lied to me about availability so I cancelled with them and booked it with the official coco rep in the hotel and it’s much cheaper.
But great night and a must do while you are there.

FANTASTIC ENTERTAINMENT SHOW....could be sold better - Honest review is this. I've been to Coco Bongos about 7 times over the years. The visual show is incredible. You forget your in a night club. Its fantastic and something for EVERYONE no matter your age. It seems to be split into 3 zones which could be better explained by all the lovely people selling the tickets. It would enhance your experience if you knew what you were getting.SELLING PRICE seems to be 3 tiered a lot like the theatre. top middle and bottom. BOTTOM your on a low level of the club with no seat and you can move around and dance the night away and have a runner fetch your drink or go to a bar and get your own. MIDDLE is slightly higher (best value in my opinion) you get a seat and can see up and down where there is entertainment below and above at different times.you have a drinks server which will require a tip You really feel like you experience it. TOP is on the same level as high it gets in eye line of most of the entertainment. You get a seat and a bar ledge for your drink and there will only be GOLD PACKAGE guests in front of you. The whole arena is staggered so most people get a view. I think coco bongo should forget the food option but offer it from a stall where is can be purchased or collected if guests require it. 6 of us left our food. It was a hotdogs (already covered in sauce or mustard) or a burger. Both the burgers and hot dogs were nothing more than Luke warm. Its not really a food event and the food was wasted. We saw loads of guests leaving theres too cold and unappealing. Management should bin the good option or just sell it hot and fresh. It's an incredible show with amazing acts, you will be wowed. With regard to reports of unjust behaviour a camera does point at you but if you do not react or participate it quickly moves on to another guest.NO EXPLOITATION what so ever just a chance to show off your best moves smile or twerk on the big screen. Its a must DO EVENT in Mexico but remember this. Where ever you are or what ever you pay, you will be able to see and enjoy the show. If your of a certain age and want a seat go middle or Upper package. If you got ants in your pants and like to boogie go low and dance your but off. If your cool and want to observe nice and calmly then pay Upper and Upper hold package . I hope this helps when buying tickets. You can see if all from where ever you are it just depends on how you want to spend the night. Should you go here HELL YES it's awesome and not to be missed. Eat before you go and don't even touch the tepid food unless your a muncher but don't say I haven't prepared you for micro snack. You won't be let down with the show or any of the entertainers first class and mind blowing.ENJOY 💯

GORJETA GORJETA GORJETA - you pay for the ticket which is included the entrance and the open bar.
In the queue, you pay to get in again, arriving at the venue, they give you a shot and a glass of drink that is just water. After that, they charge you to be able to use a place that gives you to see the stage, after that you pay the waiter to bring your drink.
There's a waiter who won't even answer you?

Save your money go to senor frogs - I have never been so underwhelmed by a show as I was this one.
Treated like cattle from start to finish. We had already paid $170 to be hassled constantly in the queue about “upgrading”or paying $15 each to jump the queue.
We were stood in the queue for 45 minutes.
Once inside all standing tables are reserved which means there is little to nowhere to stand. The servers once again hassling for $120 upgrade for a table. This was literally a small red circular standing table.
It was overcrowded and uncomfortable on first entrance and there were still more people to come in.
Drinks were poor if you could squeeze through to the bar. Beer poured from a large sol bottle into paper cups which was flat.
We were so disgusted with the way we were treated and the crap start to the show we left after 45 minutes.
I’ve seen better breakdancing outside a nightclub at 3am!
We went to senor frogs instead. Was great in there!

What a shame - Oh boy. What a waste of money and time this place is. The show was terrible, in fact we came because back in 2017 the show -we remembered- was much, MUCH better. We paid for the standard entrance, long line to get in (this is ok) but inside you are going to get in the middle of all this hustling between servers and hostesses, all will try to get you to pay 120$ for a bottle of a below average Tanauerai Gin bottle or wine. If you pay this, things are good, you get a table a server will take care of you. If you don't, oh boy, you will get mistreated. No server will work with you, the drinks are CRAP. I had the worst rum and coke (rum and coke, how can you miss the mark with this)?) In my life. Asked for a beer, the guy behind the bar opened a huge bottle of beer, served a cup and left it there so he will serve the next one. If you do not pay the extra money you will be pushed back and forth from tables, a very crappy experience all and all. The show... all the respect for the girls and guys dancing but wow. Especiall mention for the guy doing the Beetlejuice part.. easy low hanging fruit jokes, a little dude also dressed up as BJ making more crappy jokes, dry humping the hand rails... I mean. Wow. That coined slogan that reads "puts Vegas show to shame " is just a lie. Did I mentioned the show was almost like the one we saw I think on 2017? In this case we just walked away and went for a drink to a bar next door. Way overpriced, poor service all bad. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.
