Would come again - Amazing price and amazing experience. Really nice people. Instructions are very good and clear and the ride lasted about 15 minutes.

Parasailing - Tomas was a great host. He made the parasailing experience wonderful, i definitely recommend booking this excursion!

Awesome - We booked with Aqua tour from Fiesta Americano our resort and everything happened seamlessly and effortlessly! We did 3 activities the parasailing, swimming with the dolphins, and Isla Day tour. My only complaint is charge the other fees up front (pictures, dock fee) other than that the tours were amazing! Everyone was fun with positive energy and got us through our choice safely!

They’re awesome - Captain and his crew were very kind and polite, they explain everything really well to know what to expect of each other activity, we did 3 activities, Isla mujeres, submarine recommended it was really great for kids the experience is awesome and parasailing, love it!

Safe equipment for para-sailing but misinformation/sub-par service on-site - I booked a parasailing and jet ski tour through their website and specifically requested a beachside experience. However, when we arrived, it was actually on the lagoon side, and the receptionist was rude when we tried to clarify the booking. Despite this, the kids decided to go ahead with the tour. The tour operators themselves were great, but the overall service at the facility was disappointing. After parasailing, we were told there would be a 45-minute wait for the jet skis, which we weren't informed about beforehand. Additionally, to store your bag in their rusty lockers, they require you to leave your passport as collateral for the keys! One of the jet skis in our group had issues with throttling and didn't perform as well as the others.

Not for EVERYONE - Good: We saved about $10 by booking it with Discova inside of the Hyatt resort. We only had to wait maybe 20 minutes before it was our turn. It definitely is adrenaline filled. It was pretty cool experience and views! Bad: It honestly felt very dangerous. I wasn't strapped into anything. I was just sitting on a chair made of metal poles and sent really really high up. I'm so grateful the wind didn't suddenly change or there wasn't any quick move to the boat because I definitely could have fell very high up to my death... I might be being dramatic 🤷🏼‍♀️ but it's way different than my other locations like Myrtle Beach parasailing experience. It definitely has better views but way less safe. Another person from the couple who was on the boat with us was getting physically sick because the water waves were so bad. Another couple had no idea how that jet ski ride to the boat would be so hard on their bodies and expressed it being really painful to their backs. The other couple is getting off the jetski said "it was shocking" because then nearly fell off he was going so fast and he just had to hold on to this random guy, 3 people on a jetski. 😬 Getting on the boat from the jet ski and back onto the jet ski from the boat was very difficult. And we're pretty in shape! I personally wouldn't do it again.
