Ulysses and our driver... - Ulysses and our driver were very friendly and engaged. He pointed out fish to be sure we saw everything. Made us feel safe and seems like he enjoys his job. It was a fun trip!

The team is excellent but do consider this may not be good fit for everyone - The Manchones Reef was nice, interesting to explore from above. Cannot say I enjoyed Under Water Museum, probably it's better for Diving, not for Snorkeling. Also do note that waves in that area may cause seasickness so if you're not sure do consider taking some pill before the tour.

Excellent Experience - This was my family's first time diving after PADI certification. My kids and I were impressed with the ease of the transition from student diver to certified diver. While there were some learning curves, our dive master (Sandra) helped us to navigate them with little difficulty. I would highly recommend Coconut Divers for any of your diving needs. We plan to return in the future.

Wonderful Snorkel Adventure - My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time in our snorkeling tour with Sandra as our guide. It was really neat to see MUSA, the underwater museum as well as all of the colorful fish. We were even fortunate enough to see several sea turtles. I really enjoy small, personal tours as I feel you get a better experience, so this was wonderful. If I ever return to Cancun I will book another tour with them.

Wonderful! - The staff were amazing and so helpful! The snorkeling was so fun and we saw some amazing creatures. The only issues we had were with sea sickness (people who have never before been sea sick; every guest on the experience got sick), and lack of quantity of pictures for the price. If you go take something before to avoid getting sea sick, even if you typically don’t get sea sick.

Poor tour guide experience + value for money - Unfortunately we had a very poor tour guide who didn’t explain what we were looking at, general direction of where we were going, or any historical significance / importance of the museum. Poor value for money - unfortunately would not recommend!

The experience would surely be good, the service not so much - One day before the experience they told me at the hotel that they were going to cancel all the water activities due to bad weather, I called to not go the next day and they told me that everything was still normal, so I went, paid for transportation and arrived and then While there they canceled me. My annoyance is not the cancellation, I understand that due to the weather nothing can be done, but I called and they told me that it was not cancelled, they made me spend money on transportation and until I arrived then they already canceled me

Not worth it. - Would not recommend. Firstly we weren't told beforehand that we had to snorkel wearing lifejackets. This meant we weren't able to dive down to look at anything and basically ruined the whole experience. You need to make EXPLICIT that this is not snorkeling, it is floating. Secondly, the MUSA sculptures are very underwhelming and disappointing (especially from the surface!), and don't look anything like the photos on the website. The snorkeling along the reef was ok but doesn't really stand up to other places I've snorkelled (New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, Mozambique, Colombia). Save your money for yhr Whale Shark experience, or invert on the SCUBA.

Would NOT recommend - My husband and I were taken out with our own children, our nieces and nephews some sisters and brothers-in-law on a day that was so windy and wavy that nobody had any business being in the ocean. It was frightening and there was no enjoyment at all as we were constantly busy counting heads to make sure nobody drowned. My sister and I were given toddler-size life jackets (true story) until we demanded something that actually fit us. The ride out to the reef was nothing short of a boat ride with a firehose blasting us the whole time. I had planned the trip and felt responsible for everyone but literally wanted to cry. I was holding it together for the rest of our group.
