Highly recommend!!! - The whole day was amazing.... Did not feel like an outsider. The guide was so welcoming and funny. It was such a fun day with so many activities and learned so much. The food and drinks were on point. Highly recommend this for anyone who ACTUALLY wants to explore and party at same time.

It’s a long 12-14h trip.... - It’s a long 12-14h trip. You get to get up very early to be picked up and need to get off the bus to join another bus in the middle. Pros: you see everything in one day. Guide and driver friendly and working hard. No mandatory purchase. Very detailed guide at archaeologic site. Cons: you have to bring your snack and water. Since your early 6:30 breakfast, you won’t get fed til 3:30pm . And you walk quite a lot and sweat a lot. So not good for diabetic people or with other medical conditions. Alternative is to book an 8h Tulum trip instead of 4x1

Real Peak into the Mayans - We took this tour on the 28th of December 2024. The pick up was from LA ISLA and had a smooth start. The tour guide was conversing in Spanish and English alternatively though it was difficult to follow his English but was manageable. We had 35 degrees Celsius outside that day and then we find that the Air conditioning on the bus is not working for the middle to rear seats of the bus. By the time we reached Tulum which was around 4 hrs we started sweating and it felt stuffy. We let know the tour guide and the driver of the issue and they said they would fix it by the time we returned from visiting Tulum. When we returned the front of the bus was very cold but the rear seats were still the same. It looked like nothing was done. We had to then again complain to the tour guide to which he obliged and ultimately had a change of bus at the next stop 30 mins away at COBA. The cenote visit was really good and the food was yummy. Dipping in the cenote water is recommended on a hot sunny day it is very refreshing. All in all except for the air conditioning issue and ordeal this tour was very good. We had tequila tasting on the way back at Playa del Carmen and 5th Ave was a cool place to be. The only improvement we felt was that they needed to give more time at the 5th Ave in Playa Del Carmen and they should check their buses before the tour for all sorts of issues so that passengers don't have to be suffer.

Poorly operated tour - I went to the meeting point 20 minutes before the assigned time. A tour operator showed up 10 minutes later. There were about a dozen tourists. We walked to a bus and they drove us to the first staging area. I changed bus and they drove the second staging area. I changed bus, then they drove me to the third staging area. I changed bus and finally heading toward the first sightseeing area. It took more than 2.5 hours to get started tour after arrived at the meeting point.

Too Long with wasted time - This tour unfortunately is very long with hours of wasted time. Pick up at hotel was 7:15 am. From there you are taken to a mall area where you will be assigned to your main bus/van and group for your chosen tour. This is the 1st wasted time area. We did not leave to start our 2 hour drive to Tulum in our van until 9:30 am. We stood around all that time. Next, tour of Tulum was very rushed; saw only 4 ruins; had 20 minutes for pictures and then tour was over. Next stop was Coba. Frankly I felt this could be removed from the tour (allowing for more time for either Tulum or Playa del Carmen). Spent approximately 30 minutes to see 2 ruins that were very dilapidated. We did not get "lunch" until 4 pm. The time at Cenote also could be decreased. We only had 30 minutes at Playa del Carmen which was the 2nd best part of this tour. I do not recommend this 12+ hour tour.

Long day with poor time management - I like the design of the tour. But I didn’t expect it to last more than 13 hours. First, the pickup was 20 minutes late and the tour operator didn’t answer my call and messages until 2 hours later. Second, the van that picked up us drove us to a shopping mall to board another van, where we waited for over 30 minutes. On the way to Tulum, the van stopped again to shuffle passengers with another van, as it turned out our group was split into two vans with a single guide. At Tulum, it was crowded and the guide spent time repeating what we were already told on the van before letting us join the long line at the entrance. Some people kept cutting into the line while their guides seemed knowing our guide. It was a long walk inside Tulum and our guide spent a lot of time talking while leaving little time for us to explore freely. The guide set the meeting time but when we hurried to get there on time, everyone else was late. Eventually we left Tulum late. Similar problems happened in following stops and we kept waiting beyond the meeting time set by the guide (who was late too sometimes) and running more and more behind the schedule. While the tour was designed for 4 stops, we decided to cancel the last stop due to weather conditions. But even with the 3 stops it ran over 13 hours. I have to thank the driver who was skilled and fast, without whom the day would be even longer.

Tour guide was late with no explanation or apology - Tour guide was late with no explanation or apology. Smaller bus and smaller group which was nice, but this may change depending on enrollment. Very little time at each historical site- too much time at the Centre and PdC. Very weak historical information on either the Tulum or Coba tour. Lunch was okay, but bottles of water were 10 USD. You pay for what you get here, but it's a shame Mexico treats their history like this.

the whole trip was... - the whole trip was horrible and we spent like 16 hours on the road. And it is hard to believe that we only spent less than an hour on each site we visited... Pros: 1. the guides are nice and polite. 2. you can visit 3 places in one day. Cons: 1. The guide has a smoke voice and it is hard to understand him. 2. The guide was repeating a lot of redundant information over and over. besides, he was using 2 languages... it was really hard to focus on his information and made me super tired. 3. The lunch provided is so horrible.... it is so bad that I think only salad and spaghetti are edible. 4. The schedule was horrible, we only had half hour on each site. Most of us did not even have time to explore the cenote since there was so little time left. 5. The last stop was a shopping site (and they claimed it was tequila-tasting). People are super tired at 10 pm and he still took us to a shopping site. very poor experience.
