Terrible Experience- Avoid at all Cost - Avoid this company at all cost. Waited for a pick up at the hotel in Tulum for 50min never showed up. Reservation was pre-paid and booked in advance. They were reminded about an on time pickup day prior to our pick up as well and confirmed. Only thing they said when they didn’t show up was to go take another taxi. They have not refunded us yet as of today. We had to take a street taxi, much smaller car and they did not cover the price difference for the extra costs it cost us due to their disorganization. If we would not taken the street taxi we would have lost our flight. We arrived half way plane boarded due to the mess this company. Also when they picked us up from the airport when we arrived to Cancun , they made us wait more than an hour. They weren’t at the location they said in the international terminal. They made us walk to the domestic terminal to take the private transfer and not even that our car was not there. We had to wait another 30minutes. Similar situation has happened to my friend today. So avoid at all cost this company

Long wait, terrible customer service - The pick-up experience was awful as I waited more than 50 minutes for my ride. As I wanted to use a different vendor for the return trip, I was informed that their cancellation policy doesn't allow any refunds. The customer service agent then proceeded to lie about the time I had waited at the airport, and when I wrote back with screenshots of the conversation I had had with their listed WhatsApp number, they stopped responding to my support ticket. There are hundreds of vendors of transportation services in Yucatan. I would use any other vendor in future.
