Celene is a wonderful guide - Celene, the tour guide, was excellent. Very knowledgeable on the Mayan ruins, very clear and organized throughout the day. She went above and beyond to help my friend with a Mayan item he purchased as a gift and this was very appreciated. The cenote was very nice and clear and not too crowded.

Phenomenal - There was so much to see and do and our guides David & Alberto were great. They were both so knowledgeable, spoke English & Spanish and kept us updated & entertained the entire day. Lunch was lovely, followed by Chichenitza, a well kept cenote, then a stop off in the beautiful city of villadolid. It was just the right balance of scenery and fun facts. We had an amazing time and are gobsmacked from the price.

Chipper tourguide, interesting history lessons and delicious pina coladas - Highlight of this tour were the food and drinks at the Cenote stop - a little pricey but totally worth it =)

Locco is the man! - Locco and Manuel were the best. Manuel was the driver and was very cautious of his surroundings. Locco was hilarious and did a very good job at explaining everything, keeping us entertained, and making us feel comfortable. Ask for them when you use Cancún Bay. You won’t regret it.

Cancun Bay Tours delivered an experience of a lifetime! - I felt spoiled, since the others from Cancun cancelled, it was just me! Yared and the driver (sorry I forgot his name) but they were amazing tour guides. I was with another group for part if it, and it was somewhat of a private tour for part of it! Yared was so knowledgeable about the history of Tulum and the ruins, the cenote was a dream and swimming with turtles was amazing. Was a little bummed I didn't see any coral but the promise of turtles was delivered! Although there were SO many groups, it was a bit crowded with hands and feet running into me. Lunch was amazing, highly recommend the hibiscus juice!

Tourist Trap - Pick up at 0700 only to wait 2 hours at the main depot tourist trap. Then more waiting at Tulum trap. Supposed to be done at 12pm, only for home at 3pm. Hidden taxes and fees added after booking. $15usd for " tourist" taxes, and life jacket rental at cenotes. $5 usd. Then driver forces unwanted lectures and herding us like sheep, then asking for Tips. 3/5, Walt Disney style lineups, herding, etc.
