Hottest place ever, guide and driver were great - Great price, transportation to and from was included in the price . Pickup time was 9:15 am, back to the resort at 4 pm. The tour company was excellent. Everything delivered as promised, very safe, Van was super comfortable. Our guide Mary is a wonder. She will be 70 in a few months and walked us though the ruins at Tulum like she was impervious to the heat. She was wonderful. Next…. THE HEAT. Felt like the devils buttcrack. I have never been hotter in my life. There is almost no shade and nowhere to sit. You just bring a reusable water bottle only , no Poland spring plastics allowed. When you walk up to the entrance at the ruins you have to walk through a long corridor where there are sellers peddling stuff . Might wanna buy a hat from one of you don’t bring one. Also wear good shoes. At the end of the tour it took me 30 minutes (and two gatorades conveniently available for your purchase) to not feel like death. Total time there was an 2.5-3 hours. Next stop was the cenote. Cenotes are everywhere but they are usually really crowded and some even have time limits from the time you arrive. This was literally ancient on someone’s private property. The tour company has a contract with the owner to bring groups there. Upside: no waits to change or use bathrooms, short walk. Downside: literally at someone’s home. It was FINE, SAFE, all of that . But they are opening their property to you and living life while you swim. Also there is a v small food truck with burgers and fries and a few tacos, a decent bar selection. Conciusion: price is right, good time, guides were great, and I don’t need to feel that hot ever again. One and done for me .

No plastic bottles - The tour was awesome, just make sure to bring reusable water bottles as they don't allow plastic water bottles in the Tulum site

HORRIBLE - Do Not Do it, I Repete Do Not do it. Find other Transportation, 1st of all we were scheduled to be picked up at 6:30am they called out the wrong name, I asked again they confirmed the wrong name. They pass us up then scheduled another tour to Tulum and Coba and cenotes from 8:30am long we were promised food and drinks we didn't eat until after 3. Everyone was hungry the elderly and me, we lost a guy named Alejandro they called his name and they still left him waited less then 4 mins and they left him. I HOPE HE DIDN'T GET EATEN BY MONKIES OR BUGS. We did Not make it to COBA I guess they were in a hurry lol. We ended up in playa del Carmen for less then 30 min to eat again and look around the main strip at 10pm ish. So they missed our drop off pulled over after I asked they said we can walk to our stop a 10 min drive at night now it's 11 pm ish they offer we could walk to another resort and get a taxi I asked give me the money they said No. We were told to get our stuff and get off so we walked under a bridge to a bus stop AGAIN 11 ish at NIGHT. LET ME BE CLEAR CANCUN DISCOVERY BUS # 624. Do Not Go with these POS company and employees maybe the company doesn't know. If they READ THIS LET ME KNOW I DO HAVE THE DRIVER AND OUR TOUR GUIDE NAMES . BAD FOR BUSSINESS I WILL KEEP LEAVING REVIEWS AND TELL ANY AND EVERYONE I KNOW THIS WAS HORRIBLE!!!
