Knowing walk!! - Super good, I learned some things, and I confirmed others that I read from written history, not just documentaries. And I know my totem is to be. owl, obsidian characteristics and the clarity of cenotes

A great way to explore the best of Cancun and surrounds - Great, knowledgeable guides who are multilingual. Luis Estrella and Mauricio were fantastic, lunch at the Cenote was good too.

Great adventure with our Family ! - Our guides were Luís Estrella & Mauricio and they were super friendly. The day was a tour of The ruins of the Mayan city Tulum plus some free time for very nice photos. Then an included Mexican cuisine buffet just next to the Cenotes Mariposa. (With amenities). And finally 2 hours in the 5th avenue of Playa del Carmen with nice shops and the beach.

Good trip to Tulum - This was a great tour! The service was really good and conducted professionally with bilingual speakers. However, the two things that was a bit off was the sequence as we had to eat lunch before going to the cenotes. It would been nicer to the cenotes first and then have lunch. The second was the original booking had mentioned mini van as the vehicle but we were taken in the bus with a large group.

Cenotes! - I would have enjoyed the Cenote and Playa Del Carmen without Tulum (which was so incredibly hot). But our tour guides, esp Angel, did a great job of keeping us on track and explaining what everything was. Can’t bring plastic water bottles but you can bring your own insulated water container and you’ll be glad you have it. Cenotes were wonderful and cool after being overheated at Tulum.

Overall okay tour - The experience was okay overall. The tour at the Tulum ruins was educational —Luis did a great job explaining Mayan culture and the significance of certain buildings. The visit to the cenote and the time in Playa del Carmen were enjoyable as well. My only criticism is the logistics at the beginning. It was messy, and I had no idea what was going on for about an hour. We had to switch from a small shuttle to a larger bus without much explanation. Some better expectations management at the start would have made a big difference.

It was okay, would have loved more cultural information and less tourist trap time. - The tour guides were very nice, but the tour was a bit disappointing overall. I would have loved more detail about Tulum, the history and information on Maya culture. We got a short guided tour for 30 minutes and then we were left on our own to explore. Lunch was quite late at 2pm after getting picked up at 7:45am, so I would recommend to bring something to eat on the bus. The food was great when we finally got to it. The cenotes were nice and everyone was very friendly, there are some good photo opportunities. After that we took the bus to Playa del Carmen which is basically a 2.5km tourist trap. It’s not really something I would normally seek out and we were given 2 hours to explore on our own. I would have preferred to use this time to learn more about the local culture or something rather than visit Playa del Carmen. If you want to see Tulum and you don’t mind being bombarded by shops and restaurants, then this may be for you. If you are looking for a tour that is more culturally significant, I would recommend to pick another one.
