Tulum Mayan Ruins - We had a great time on this tour. Luis Estrella, Raul Gomez and Blanca Perez were very knowledgeable, and made the experience amazing.

Excellent. Royalton Splash hotel and Ekinox teamwork. - We had a great full day tour which was perfect in every way. The tour guide Susana was informative and very humourous. Highly recommend. But the dedicated team really stepped up after I left my phone on the minibus. Within one hour Elizabeth at the Royalton Splash hotel had issued a report which got IMMEDIATE action from the Ekinox people to initiate a search. This despite the fact that they already had a long day . The minibus driver whose name I unfortunately did not get returned the phone to me personally at the hotel. Really top class customer service. Losing a mobile phone is a stressful experience as far too much of our personal and financial lives are there. I can't thank everyone involved enough.

Being able to know what the Mayans did in Tulum and the nature of the cenotes is an experience not to miss them - The Tulum site and the cenotes are spectacular walks. It’s an unforgettable experience and more so with the care of the guides Luis Estrella and Carlos Moon who introduced us to the history of the place

Experience Tulum, Cenote and Playa del Carmen. - Great lunch!! And the cenotes are amazing! It's a pity that it was a short time in the Cenotes, but it was still super worth it.
