For this activity, participants will complete a medical questionnaire about their health. Following this, they will receive a basic theory lesson and pool practice to learn essential scuba diving skills, all under the guidance of an experienced and qualified instructor. Afterward, participants will board a boat to the dive sites for two tank dives: the first at MUSA Underwater Museum and the second at Manchones Reef. The return to the dock will be at the same location as departure.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW: - Individuals with asthma, heart or brain conditions, high blood pressure, lung lesions, diabetes, epilepsy, or any surgery within the past year are not permitted to dive unless they provide a medical authorization signed by their physician.
- It is important to rest for 18-24 hours after diving before flying.
- Bring ID, towels, a swimsuit, and any other personal care items you may need.
- As the activity takes place on a boat, it is recommended to take anti-nausea pills 1-2 hours before boarding for best results.
- Participants must know how to swim for this activity.

- Participants must know how to swim and be able to perform scuba skills in the water. If unable to do so, diving will not be permitted for safety reasons, and refunds will not be issued as the service is provided.
- People with asthma, heart or brain problems, high blood pressure, lung lesions, diabetes, epilepsy, or any surgery less than 1 year are not allowed to dive, unless you bring a medical authorization signed by a physician who specializes in your disease.
- Keep in mind you need to rest between 18 - 24 hours after diving before take an airplane
- For this activity people must know how to swim, also consider for this activity you need to perform scuba skills in the water if you are not able to do it, you can not dive for safety reasons, there is not refund back for these reasons, as the service is provided
- As the activity is from a boat, we suggest take anti-nauseas pills, 1 or 2 hours before getting on the boat for best effects.
- Sunscreen/sunblock are not allowed for coral protection
- Children must be a minimum of 10 years old and maximum age 65 years old

Bucket List Experience for my 30th Birthday - I was very nervous about scuba diving but the instructor took his time to really work with us and ease our nerves. He explained the equipment and how our bodies work in the water, and how they adjust at different depths. I'm a detail oriented person and really appreciated the in depth lesson in the pool before hand. I would absolutely book this tour again and feel confident my 2nd dive will be even more enjoyable now that I have a little more knowledge and experience under my belt.
I originally wasn't going to book the picture package because I have my own go pro but we decided to add it last minute and I'm so glad we did. The pics and videos our instructor captured of us were a million times better than what I could've got doing it myself. They have a newer GoPro than I do and I was still getting used to operating my scuba equipment so it would've been overwhelming to try to operate a camera at the same time.
Our instructor, the boat crew, and the lovely woman doing check in and fitting us for flippers were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. They made you feel so comfortable to bring up any questions or concerns you may have.
I will definitely being diving with this group again next time I'm in Cancun. If you get overwhelmed in the pool section just explain your concerns and your instructor will coach you through it. I couldn't time my breathing and was wearing myself out and he instantly new how to fix it and made me feel comfortable to continue on to the ocean dive portion.

Excellent recommended 100% - Hello indeed that exelente. Everything agreed in the publication was complied with. All very good.
We were greeted by scam with Carola and then accompanied by scam (Timoteo) excellent attention. He was waiting for us with the team already separated for each of us (people) and changed us if he was not the one
Then he taught us in the pool as long as we needed and then accompanied us on the boat trip to the right place to make the 2 dives that were 40 minutes each. The place excels the very good teams. Timothy an excellent instructor and guide. No cheating with what is published or interest in adding something (which happens a lot on those tours) recommended 100%

We have dived with other... - We have dived with other tours over the years. This was the most personalized and well run dive tour we have been on. The equipment is new and well kept. We had one instructor/guide for three of us. On our boat there were three instructor/guides, six tourist/divers, the captain and his two sons. I felt safe and our equipment was well attended to between dives. I like the small group, boat and dives much better than big boat, multi-group dives. I would dive with A'HA again anytime!

highly recommended for first timer - our tour guide Marin was very thorough, from the introduction of the equipment to the hands on exercise at the pool. he made the process very comfortable for beginners. Carolina was very helpful throughout the booking and keep good communication with the clients.

Avoid - Money grabbing operation that do not look after their customers. One diver in particular behaved so jaded and uninterested. Book elsewhere for a better experience.
