For this activity, participants will complete a medical questionnaire about their health. Following this, they will receive a basic theory lesson and pool practice to learn essential scuba diving skills, all under the guidance of an experienced and qualified instructor. Afterward, participants will board a boat to the dive sites for two tank dives: the first at MUSA Underwater Museum and the second at Manchones Reef. The return to the dock will be at the same location as departure.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW: - Individuals with asthma, heart or brain conditions, high blood pressure, lung lesions, diabetes, epilepsy, or any surgery within the past year are not permitted to dive unless they provide a medical authorization signed by their physician.
- It is important to rest for 18-24 hours after diving before flying.
- Bring ID, towels, a swimsuit, and any other personal care items you may need.
- As the activity takes place on a boat, it is recommended to take anti-nausea pills 1-2 hours before boarding for best results.
- Participants must know how to swim for this activity.

We have dived with other... - We have dived with other tours over the years. This was the most personalized and well run dive tour we have been on. The equipment is new and well kept. We had one instructor/guide for three of us. On our boat there were three instructor/guides, six tourist/divers, the captain and his two sons. I felt safe and our equipment was well attended to between dives. I like the small group, boat and dives much better than big boat, multi-group dives. I would dive with A'HA again anytime!

highly recommended for first timer - our tour guide Marin was very thorough, from the introduction of the equipment to the hands on exercise at the pool. he made the process very comfortable for beginners. Carolina was very helpful throughout the booking and keep good communication with the clients.

Scuba Diving - HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
The instructors are very professional and very patients. You will get sufficient knowledge on the theory before the diving, any questions you have I am pretty sure they will answer as the well qualified and all the instructors have many years of experience.
The tour is very relaxed, the underwater activity is beautiful and smooth.
I will like to say a big THANK YOU to Lorena , my guide for this activity. Appreciated the calm and the patience she has, very professional diving instructor.

Amazing Team and a Great Experience! - We arrived according to the location directions and found the diving team easily at the hotel pool. They started with explanations and a pool theory class. I loved our instructor Lorena. Her explanations were thorough and clear and we practiced the three skills she taught us in the pool.
We set out for Isla Mujeres on the tiny little diving boat. The ocean was incredibly rocky that day, the Mexican Navy having just opened the beaches after days of storming. The crew was amazing, helping me stay seated when the rocking threatened to unseat me.
Feeling a little seasick despite the medication I took, the instructor Lorena rallied me, helping me put on my flippers and encouraging me not to look down. I knew I would feel better in the water as the movement would be less obvious. We made it in with no issues and started our dive! Lorena was excellent with the first time diver in our group as well, helping them navigate and adjust at the first diving location, MUSA.
The first diving location, MUSA was interesting, but we especially loved the second location, Manchones Reef, which had tons of wildlife for us to see. Lorena was pointing out each, making hand signals to indicate which creature to look for. We saw a huge sting ray sleeping, lots of big lobsters sitting within the corals, brittle stars, so many schools of fish, and several things I couldn’t name.
Our GoPro was unreliable was we got underway and Lorena noticed and helped us take pictures with hers. We bought the photo package at the end and I was so happy to be able to have that as a backup option!
This team is so amazing. This was a perfect second diving experience for me despite the rough conditions and seasickness. I would put my trust in this team and crew again. They took great care of us!

Great service beautiful experiences - We had a great experience, the crew and our guide Marin were very attentive. We saw lots of beautiful fishes and corals.We would do it again next time we are in town.
