Great tour group! - Great experience and professional company. Had a great time on the tour, the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about the sharks. Also amazing customer service. I had originally planned to go with my partner but when she got sick last minute I ended up going alone and later on they refunded me for her ticket! Great tour group!

Exceptional tour! Wonderful guided and outstanding experience. - Everyone was so nice and made sure everyone was able to see and swim with the whale sharks. Tour guide and boat crew were attentive and accommodating to all of the guests and the variety of swimming abilities and comfort level with the boat and ocean.

Alexandria and the whale sharks - The tour guide, Alexandria was AMAZING! She was charismatic and knowledgeable and clearly loves the whale sharks and is passionate about her job. We swam for ages with the sharks - and they’ve never not found the whale sharks for the tourists - even if it takes 7 hours. Luckily, it did t take that long for us, and within an hour we were out in the deep blue, visiting these majestic creatures. We got two jumps in each, and then lunch, drinks, snacks and a snorkel on the coral reef before heading back. It was a once in a lifetime trip and I’d highly recommend this tour company and this tour guide and her driver, Diego x

So much fun with Whale Sharks - We had a fantastic experience with 2 swims with whale sharks. Jane was an excellent guide with lots of information about what to expect, about whale sharks, and lots of fun experiences around Cancun! Pablo was an excellent capitan and we had a lovely lunch! Definitely get the video they make it's much smoother than your phone and allows you to truly enjoy the experience!

Trip of a lifetime - A huge box tick for my sons!
I was lucky enough to do this a few years ago in the Maldives but this was a first for them and it exceeded all their expectations.
Firstly a word to Aleksandra,just the best guide,so thoughtful attentive but also considerate to the health and wellbeing of the wondrous whale sharks!
Nothing was too much trouble for her or the captain and crew of the boat and after some 45 minutes of patience we were all rewarded with the experience of a lifetime,memories that will last forever.
Thanks for making two young men so hapoy!!!
