Beautiful - Shout out to our guide, Ney, and Captain Omar! They found us a whale shark, even though it was the end of the season. Because there was only one shark, it was a bit crowded with other tourists. But we each got two swims. Ceviche at Isla Mujeres was icing on the cake!

Blowing mind experience - Once in a lifetime experience. The whale shark is an AMAZING creature. The boat crew search for them all around til you see it and then you can go swim near them. A beautiful adventure. This incredible fish are close to Rivera Maya beaches only a few weeks a year, so if you have the rare opportunity to see them you should do it. If you like the ocean and underwater experiences, snorkel, scuba diving, you'll love this one. Its expensive. But it was worth it for us. We did with kids age 7 and 9, their minds blow!!

A must do! - Absolutely worth it. Swimming with these gentle giants has been my dream for years. Our Captain Gernan and guide Willy Wonka made this dream into a reality. They made sure everyone had a great experience. I had a hard time seeing the whale sharks on my second jump, so they allowed me to give it one more go, and it was amazing.

Whale Shark Swimming - We went with Miguel and Marce. They took great care to make sure each group of 2 got to swim the whale sharks. They know what they are doing!!! Miguel and Marce are the best!! Follow their instructions and you will have an incredible experience. The ocean was very calm the day we went and our boat had people who followed directions so I think that enabled us to have a great experience and we got to go 3 times! I bought the photo package ($125) with the USB drive. The photo/video process is a little difficult and long to see it while waiting in the lobby. I hope I got the correct ones on the USB. I have not been able to check it yet. The photo/video process could use improvement. The transportation from hotel to marina and back was annoying. Very loud music on a shuttle at 6:30am! Uhhhh

Excellent - An unforgettable experience. At first arrive to pick me up 30 minutes late to the hotel, but it was worth the wait. The cost of renting the neoprene is $15 and you have to pay another $20 for the Nature Reservation. The guides Isaac and Sindy have been very very friendly and have been explaining everything very well about whale sharks. Once in the water with the adrenaline, Sindy helps you swim with the sharks correctly. Isaac was also a Good Guide and prepared some sandwiches and a Ceviche later in Isla Mujeres Top experience and highly recommended, especially if it is with Isaac and Sindy!!

Weather dependant bumpy boat journey - Lucky we have managed to see one. My partner had to go twice to see. The downside - it’s a long bumpy boat journey. The water was foggy and we could not see anything clearly, plus, there was a storm coming, so we had to rush back to the marina. Which left us with no snorkeling at the island. Really poor value for money. Long travel (over an hour each way) for 5 minutes snorkeling. But when we asked our TUI rep if this experience depends on whether- she said - no. But I would suggest to not go if the weather forecast shows any chance of rain or thunders. No point
