One of a kind - We booked this tour with Sophie at the Marriott. Very well organized tour, small groups, almost private. The guides really take good care of everyone in the group. I was a little hesitant about going on the zip line because of a previous scary experience in Canada, but this time I felt completely safe. The guides make sure that all your gear fits right and they take safety very seriously. The photographer also did a great job capturing all the fun moments in quality pictures and video. The cenotes are beautiful, we visited 3 and swam in them, you can also dive in and it’s a lot of fun. It was a beautiful day on August 12, and we truly enjoyed this tour. It’s good for families, couples, pretty much everyone, however make inquiries prior to booking if you have any type of health issues or disabilities to make sure it is right for you.

Zip line, cenotes, tequila and lunch - What a fantastic experience! Juan, our tour guide was energetic, friendly, fun and entertaining! We started with the zipline and that was great fun. On to the beautiful cenotes. We saw and swam in three cenotes. Absolutely beautiful! Juan was very informative throughout each cenote. Next tequila tasting. All I can say is wow! So good! Our experience ended with a traditional Mexican lunch, which was quite the treat. We enjoyed this excursion and would definitely recommend. My adult kids said best day yet of vacation!

Cenotes Fun! - We had a great time! The zip lining was easy and fun! We rented the ATV’s for an extra $80 and it was worth it. Swimming in the Cenotes was a great experience. Especially in the cave! We are in our 60’s and could easily keep up!

Awesome experience with a great crew! - We just finished our day with the crew at Cenotea Zapote Ecopark in Cancun. This trip was great and the staff was incredible. A jungle setting with access to 3 different Cenotes offering a variety of experiences. An initial zipline trip, followed by a short bike ride to the first Cenote which could be entered by a stone stairway, a zip line drop in from about 20ft above or a more modest leap from a 10ft deck. Center #2 is actually inside a cave covered in stalgtites and punctuated with massive banyan tree roots. The last stop is a blue lagoon experience about 30 ft down that can be entered via a stairway or for the bold a 40ft or 50ft leap from a elevated decks. Following the activities we finished up with tasty Yucatan style meal. The staff was incredible lead by Juan and covered all day by at least 2 photographers lead by Joel. The photo packaged seem to get great shots and videos of every adventurous moment, ziplines, ATVs, Cenote leaps and swims, bikes and more. Definitely recommend checking out Cenotes tour at Zapote Ecopark

An Absolute Must Do Excursion - My fiance and I visited Cenotes Zapote Ecopark in June 2021 and loved every minute of it! It was by-far our favorite part of our whole trip to Mexico. The staff was so nice/fun and made the experience that much better. Our visit included 4 zip lines, 3 cenotes (one of them was inside an underground cave and was incredible) a delicious authentic Mexican lunch, and a tequila tasting. The cenotes were clear as glass and absolutely breathtaking. There's nothing about this experience that we didn't love. The facilities/bathrooms were also clean and beautiful. We booked through our resort (Excellence Playa Mujeres) and they arranged our transportation there and back. It couldn't have been easier and such a great deal for everything the excursion included. Highly recommend. It was a magical experience!

Wonderful time! Awesome ziplining, exploring, swimming, diving.... great tour guide. - We booked this through our resort. It was $121/ per person for the rour and parasailing. Cesar was our guide. He is wonderful. Very upfornt and personal. You know exactly what to expect and what is going on. I recommend bringin your own water proof bag fro your phone or a waterproof camera. They provide diving masks and life jackets if you want them. I highly recommend bringing a snorkle and flippers. There are some really cool things to see here like caves and stuff. If you like jumping from high places, they have a couple great jump opportunities. There is a short walk/bike ride from the restrooms to the ziplining. If you want you can rent quads for $40, $50, or $60 depending on the size of the engine. A second rider is an additional $10. They do give you opportuniites to ride it through the jungle and to the cenotes. The walkers/bicycle riders have ~15 minutes to chill out while waiting during one part of the trip. They do have a very limited souvenier shop with a couple snacks. You might consider bringing a couple snacks. The water that they offer you is not bottled, but comes from a 5 gallon gatoraid type jug of purified water and is served in a very thin paper cone. The lunch is good. The offer you a picture package for $150 at the end. It is a bunch op pictures and short videos from throughout the day. Some people were able to haggle them down to $50. They would only go down to $100 for me. I did not buy them, but wish they would have sold them to me for $50.

Excellent tour and feedback for management - The place and the experience were absolutely great and would do it again. Best tour we took. Lockers available, best authentic lunch. I have a couple of suggestions for you as a visitor or for the park managers to improve the experience and safety: 1) Manager: Please make helmets available to visit the cenote cave. Visitors: ask for helmets entering the cave. We had an injury in the cave because when using the underwater visor one is swimming looking down without realizing that there may be a sharp stalactite right above the water. This type of injuries could be easily avoided by the use of a helmet. Our guide and staff were wonderful, they reacted quickly and helped desinfect the wound with the first aid kit. 2) Management: Please improve the process on the hooking transfer from the guide wire to the ziplines. Visitor: check that you’re always hooked. At the top of the stairs when people are transferring from the guide wire to the zipline the operator hooks to you, then hooks you to the zipline. The problem is that the operator was not hooked, so if one falls they both can come down. The double wire zipline is a nice extra safety, if there are already 2 hooks per person just add a rope with a hook to use as intermediate step. Perhaps I didn’t notice the operator was attached to something but make sure that people are always hooked to a wire. 3) Management: Rent or include swimming shoes for the tour. Only few people bring swimming shoes, very desirable when walking barefoot on gravel or rocks. Visitors: bring swimming shoes. 4) Lunch: some traditional mayan music would fit nicely. 5) Make the biotema the centerpiece of your lunch area. This natural marvel is centuries or millenia old, extremely rare and you have it on the floor, unprotected, people stepping on it, at the end of the room like it is a side conversation ( que pena). Put it on a pedestal with nice illumination, show it proudly like it is the most important thing you have! 5) Introduce no water urinals. Conversion is very easy and cheap and you will save water.
