Explore Tour - My partner and I went on the 6 hour Explore Tour for our anniversary and it was AMAZING! Our tour guide was super friendly, shot jokes the whole time, and shared great facts as we went through the cave. The guide also let us choose some paths, challenged our senses, and allowed us to test or psyche. If you are considering going, I would recommend the 6 hour tour. We got to explore more paths and it was not as tiring as you might think. Yes, coming out in the end it was nice to see the sun and rest, however, we never felt like we couldn't finish the tour in high spirits. Great adventure!

Incredible experience! - As real as it gets! It is a tour but is basically wild caving in tour form. Tiffany was a excellent guide, and we had a blast. Highly recommended, much better value for the money than most other paid activities!

Awesome Experience - We had a mixed group of teens and adults in our tour with Brent and he was nothing short of amazing. He encouraged and supported all of our curiosity and we had the best time. He has so much experience and qualifications we felt so confident. The longer tour went by very fast with his stories and humor. Definitely had us thinking about caving again! Highly recommend 👌

Great experience for first-time cavers! - The guides at Canmore Caving are very knowledgeable when discussing the caves' history and geology. They genuinely love what they do, and show patience and understanding for beginner 'cavers' as they experience caving for the first time. The guides give helpful tips and strategies to 'first-time cavers' that help them maneuver through tight spaces during the tour. I would recommend Canmore Caving to those who want to experience caving for the first time! Thank you so much for the memories.!

FANTASTIC ADVENTURE CAVE TOUR! - John, our AMAZING tour guide, took us on a beautiful thirty minute hike to the cave entrance. There were eight, including John, and once we reached "base camp", we suited up into the provided gear over our clothing layers: Repelling gear, knee pads, gloves, coveralls, and a helmet with headlamp. We entered at the cave's natural entrance. This, along with the uneven rocky surfaces of the cave floor, made the experience very authentic and extra exciting. There were several obstacle challenges, caving technique opportunities, and, of course, rope work and repelling. We are frequent cavers, caving 2-3 times a month. Yet, I still get "inside my head" on the repels, especially when the drop is equivalent to a six story building! John recognized my trepidation and was great, reminding me to breathe and calming me as he hummed. Before I knew it, I had completed the repel. And, now that I know what to expect, we are already planning another trip back to beautiful Canmore! We were a bit sore later that evening, but by the next day, we felt great a could do all of our planned kayaking and hiking in Banff National Park. One note: Wear GOOD traction athletic shoes. The hike up and down to the cave is a bit slippery in places. There are ropes in place in these areas so that you can pull yourself up. On my next trip, I will wear my hiking boots instead of athletic shoes. Five glorious stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
