Additional Information
Experience the ultimate trip to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise without any stress. We offer hassle-free pickups from Canmore or Banff, allowing you to kick back and enjoy the ride. On the way to the lakes, our seasoned local or certified guides will entertain you with their vast knowledge about the area (and maybe a few dad jokes). Once you reach the lakes, you have the freedom to explore on your own. Your guide will give you tips on the best photography spots and, if you wish, can even be your personal paparazzi for a bit. After capturing your best angles, your guide will head back to the vehicle and patiently wait for your return. Our vehicle will be stationed at the lakes throughout your adventure, so you can always swing by to warm up, relax, or just to brag about how many likes your new photos are getting. Our 10 AM trip gives you 1 hour at Lake Louise and 1 hour at Moraine Lake. Our 1 PM trip gives you 2 hours at Moraine Lake (time for canoeing!) and 1 hour at Lake Louise.
- Each traveller is required to sign an electronic waiver at the latest 24 hours before the trip. Please sign using your full name; initials or first names alone will not be accepted as signatures. Please do not list any other adult (over 18 years old) under your waiver. You will find the link to the waiver in your ticket.
- Please contact us in advance for infant/child safety seats to confirm availability. No infant/child will be allowed to sit on the parent’s lap.
- We have extra space in some of our vehicles for your stroller. Please contact us to confirm we have room for your stroller. Please make sure that the stroller is foldable.
- Our 10 AM tour is 5-6 hours long and includes one hour at each lake, with the remainder dedicated to stunning drive between destinations.
- Our 1 PM tour is 6-7 hours long and includes 2 hours at Moraine Lake and 1 hour at Lake Louise with the remainder dedicated to stunning drive between destinations.
- The pick-up time at Banff Park Lodge is scheduled for 30 minutes after the tour start time.

Canmore Travel. Don’t hesitate. - You would be hard-pressed to find a better tour. To see these destinations requires multiple buses and long lines if you do so without arranging transportation independently.
Canmore travel was extremely efficient in the booking process, most professional, and very courteous. Our driver Lenka was an absolute pleasure. Knowledgeable, kind, considerate.
We had large family and to a person, everybody thought this was the highlight of the trip. And when you’re in Banff, that’s saying something.

Fun and relaxing day! - Yannick was most fun and made the long ride from Canmore to the lakes memorable with lots of good background information and suggestions for other things to do. The lakes were breathtaking and certainly worthy of every picture taken. An hour was just long enough at each lake to take in all we wanted.

Perfect itinerary and friendly driver, highly recommended! - Totally enjoyed our trip with this company. Easy to book and the itinerary is just perfect for us as a family of 3. One hour at each lake is just nice to take in the sights and lots of photos. Yannick is super nice and knowledgeable about the area. The van is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Superb tour. - The tour was EXCELLENT!
We were picked up on time, The coach was clean and comfortable with very large windows making viewing easy.
Our driver/guide Yannick was superb. He was knowledgeable about the area and was able to answer any questions we had. He also described what it is like to use the rea for recreation whether it be hiking, skiing or ice climbing. We were all thoroughly entertained and informed. A great guide!!!!

Lake Louise and Lake Moraine Tour with Denise - What a great experience. Denise was wonderful. Not only knowledgeable anout Banff history but very entertaining!
The views of awake Louise and Lake Moraine were breathtaking!

Family friendly!! - This was amazing start to finish! First of all, they allowed us to change the location of pick up so we could get free parking. The tour guide was very informative and had a great sense of humor. The tour itself was the perfect amount of time and the views stunning. My son forgot his glacier water and they even drove the bus back to give it to him. They truly do go above and beyond. I would highly recommend! 5/5 stars!

Memorable Trip - Our tour turned out to be just the four of us (two couples) with our guide/driver, Lisa. She was welcoming, professional, and personable. We really enjoyed her company, and her knowledge and experience of the area was outstanding. She was a fabulous guide and driver! It was a pleasure to sit back and not worry about the driving, parking, or any of the details of the tour. Pick up and drop off in Banff was easy, other than a little hitch with getting the waivers to download, but once that got resolved, we were quickly on our way. It was a magnificent day all around, with ample time at both locations! We are so pleased that we chose Canmore Travel Company for our afternoon at Moraine Lake and Lake Louise.
