- We will be walking actively for about one hour.
- The rest of the time will be spend sightseeing while walking, talking about food and tasting the “best in town” sweet and savory croissants, and also different types of viennoiseries like brioches and pain au chocolat.
- The tour is stroller friendly except for one portion when we will walk up and down the old-town hill. You will need to carry the stroller on a 90-step stairs uphill and then downhill

I loved that the tour... - I loved that the tour included a brief walk through the city. The guide was very kind, she actually teaches cooking classes and has a background in chemistry! It would have been interesting to learn a bit more about the methodology/science behind croissants, if I had any constructive feedback! The croissants were the best I tried throughout my trip - they were unique and tasty. The guide also provided some to go bags for croissants I wasn’t able to finish. Thank you for a great tour!

A Delightful Croissant Tasting Tour in Cannes – A Must for Food Lovers! - Our croissant tasting tour in Cannes was an absolute delight! From the moment we met our guide, it was clear we were in for a special experience. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable about French pastries and local food culture, but her passion for cooking and baking made the tour even more enjoyable.
The selection of croissants we tried was simply outstanding—flaky, buttery, and each with its own unique twist. Along the way, we discovered a charming little coffee shop and visited a truly special bakery tucked away from the usual tourist spots. It was such a treat to go beyond the typical sightseeing and experience Cannes through its flavors.
What made this tour even more memorable was the engaging conversation about food. As fellow foodies, we loved exchanging thoughts on baking techniques, ingredients, and culinary traditions. It felt like we were exploring the city with a friend who shared our enthusiasm for all things delicious.
If you love pastries and want to experience Cannes in a unique and tasty way, this tour is a must-do. Highly recommended!

Do not miss out on this experience! - Amazing tour and tour guide! The care that went into making this tour really stood out as Viginie was taking us around Cannes and talking to us about each of the different spots we stopped and/or ate at. The raspberry croissant that you see pictured for this tour was phenomenal and truly what made my husband I pick the tour in the first place. Every bite was magical and makes us sad to go back to the croissants we have at home. Virginie was very kind and hospitable, we enjoyed our time greatly. She really knows her croissants!! You absolutely cannot miss out on this delicious and amazing tour

How do I get these croissants back home? - Amazing tour and tour guide! The care that went into making this tour really stood out as Viginie was taking us around Cannes and talking to us about each of the different spots we stopped and/or ate at. The raspberry croissant that you see pictured for this tour was phenomenal and truly what made my husband I pick the tour in the first place. Croissant tasting tour - an absolute must in Cannes! - 10/10 would recommend this experience - it was one of my favorite memories from our trip to Cannes! Virginie was such a wonderful and knowledgeable guide. We started the tour at a small cafe named Amamo where we enjoyed a latte and a croissant to start the morning. Then, we ventured through the streets in old town until we found ourselves at the top of a hill in the Le Suquet quarter of Cannes, next to the Église Notre-Dame d'Espérance church. The walk up to Le Suquet was absolutely worth it for the breathtaking views of the city, seaside, harbor, beach, and surrounding scenery. It was at this location where we had our second tasting- a sweet and savory croissant that our guide picked up prior to the start of our tour. We continued walking until we passed through a park, and then onto a path that took us along the harbor with more views of the beach. Our last stop was at a bakery where we were able to sample a variety of croissants, pain au chocolat, brioche, all selected by our guide. The pastry chef at this location even took his time to come out and say hello. We were able to take our leftovers to-go and then walked back along the harbor to city hall, which concluded the tour. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Virginie. She emailed after the tour to offer more suggestions for dinner and other restaurants that she’d recommend during our stay. The tour was well thought out and carefully planned- there’s absolutely nothing I would have changed. I’d recommend anyone taking this tour to come hungry and wearing a comfortable pair of shoes. If you’re in Cannes, this experience is a must!
