• Theoule-sur-Mer - As you pass through Théoule-sur-Mer, you’ll navigate along the Pointe de l’Aiguille departmental park, featuring spectacular cliffs that plunge into the sea. This complex of luxury residences, highly sought after but off-limits, resembles a small secret village reserved solely for its owners. • Les Balcons du Cap Roux - Cap Roux is a cape on the Côte d’Azur coast in the Esterel massif, situated between Agay and Théoule-sur-Mer, near the Anthéor district of Saint Raphael, in the Var department. It is one of the most beautiful sites on the massif.
