La Croisette promenade is beautiful - This walking tour took us through the La Croisette promenade and also other places such as Marche Forville. It was nice that the tour guide was a native of Cannes and was able to tell us about the glamour that surrounds Cannes. We took photos for our memories of Cannes.

Beautifully luxurious, fascinating, photographic, lots to see! - My husband and I were visiting Nice as part of our river cruise. We had a local guide who took us on an excursion of Cannes, Antibes and St. Paul de Vence. What a wonderful time we had in the beautifully luxurious, fascinating, photographic Cannes with lots to see and experience. The seaside promenade, the Boulevard de la Croisette was simply "The Place" to see, enjoy and spend time photographing the magnificent hotels, exclusive boutiques, antique shops, galleries, and nightclubs. One of the most beautiful sites, except for the azure blue sky, water, golden sandy beaches, is the casino with all the luxurious cars parked outside and people dressed to the "hilt". And although Cannes is not particularly famous for its religious side, however, it does feature a good number of beautiful churches with impressive architecture. There is so much to see in Cannes besides the Film Festival. We did not have enough time here but we will definitely be back to spend at least a day or two. This is a place you don't want to miss!
