A great day trip - This was a good excursion for us. We were with our two college aged sons. Everything ran smoothly and on time. The bus was comfortable, there were lots of restroom breaks. The guide was very knowledgeable and communicated well. We loved seeing the White Cliffs of Dover and were given ample time there -approximately two hours -to explore. They took us down to the beach area as well so we saw the cliffs from above and below. There was a short guided walking tour of Canterbury and then we had time on our own to shop and eat lunch. We were not rushed. Canterbury was very festive at Christmas time. I recommend this tour.

There is a lot of... - There is a lot of walking. The tour guide is very knowledgeable and interesting. He was very helpful to my husband and I because I have a bad leg and had trouble keeping up with the group.

A day to remember - If you’re looking for a day out of the city to enjoy some stunning views I recommend this tour. Not only do you get to enjoy the views of White Cliffs of Dover, you also get up close and really get to take it all in. Followed by some time in Canterbury after, this time is yours to make it your own personal experience doing your own activities that you enjoy most. Plenty of time to walk around the town, have lunch and pop into the amazing Canterbury Cathedral. It is something else. Our tour guide (Aisha apologies if spelt wrong) and bus driver Rohan were fantastic. Heaps of interesting information, with some great stories and a little bit of wit made it a really enjoyable day. We felt looked after and well guided. Thanks so much for such a memorable day!!

Wonderful day trip from London! - We took the White Cliffs of Dover & Historic Canterbury Day Tour from London through Viator, and it was fantastic from start to finish. Both our tour guide and bus driver were wonderful — we felt completely safe and well taken care of the entire day. The guide was knowledgeable, kind, and had such a warm personality. She even sang “The White Cliffs of Dover” for us, and her voice was amazing — such a special touch! She also gave clear and helpful directions for exploring the historic town of Canterbury, which made it easy to make the most of our free time there. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a beautiful and memorable day outside of London!

Enjoy rough natural beauty - An absolutely fantastic experience! Wonderfully slowing down and a great counterpart to hectic London. Our guide Lucy couldn't have preferred not to be and even sang live for us on the bus. She inspired us with an extensive knowledge of the historic city of Canterbury.

Fantastic trip and guide!... - Fantastic trip and guide! Be prepared to WALK though! Dover Castle especially was very hilly. I spent most of the trip with sore feet, but enjoyed the experience all the same.

Awesome - Dover Castle is AMAZING, worth the entrance ticket. So is Canterbury Cathedral, but it was expected. I had trouble getting to the meeting point at 7.30 on a Sunday (tube was mixed up), I managed but for 7 minutes and they were waiting for me since I wrote to explain!!!

A fun day trip. - Bus was not where they said it would be, due to road work. Bus driver kept walking from actual location to scheduled location making it easy to still catch Bus. Driver did great job with commentary and keeping us informed.
