Nguom Ngao Cave - From 10:00 am to 1:30 pm: Drive to Ban Viet Lake, the largest artificial lake in Cao Bang, covering about 5 hectares in Ban Viet hamlet. From 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, visit Nguom Ngao Cave, one of Vietnam’s most beautiful caves. Discovered in 1921, it features limestone formations with coral and crinoid fossils from an ancient sea 400 million years ago. The surrounding karst terrain includes peak cluster depressions, hanging valleys, and sinkholes. From 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm, visit Truc Lam Zen Monastery in Cao Bang. Climb to the pagoda for a panoramic view of Ban Gioc Waterfall, with stunning scenery of intertwining water and mountains. On one side, see the Chinese Glass Bridge, and on the other, the serene Vietnamese rice fields. Enjoy lunch at a nearby restaurant.

Nam Tra Waterfall - From 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm: Drive to visit Angel Eye Mountain (Núi Mắt Thần), located near the 36 Thang Hen Lakes, a prominent destination in Cao Bang Geopark. This mountain is known for its breathtaking beauty and unique geological features. Also called “Thung Mountain” due to its circular hole at the top resembling an eye with a diameter of over 50m, it is popular for its scenic hiking trails. Explore the surrounding forests, caves, and rivers. Return to Cao Bang City for dinner, drop off at your hotel, and conclude the tour.
