Setting Sail for Adventure

As a travel writer and a mother of three, I am always on the lookout for family-friendly adventures that offer both fun and a touch of education. The area is dotted with traditional Spanish beach bars, or chiringuitos, and trendy restaurants, offering a delightful mix of local culture and modern flair.

Kim guided us to a secluded spot on the beach where we could relax and enjoy the sun. The kids built sandcastles while I indulged in a refreshing cocktail, soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. Kim’s knowledge of the area was invaluable, as she pointed out various attractions and shared stories about the local customs and traditions.

As the sun began to set, we made our way to a beachside bar with a perfect vantage point. Watching the sunset over the Mar Menor was a magical experience, and the kids were mesmerized by the changing colors of the sky. As we made our way back to our accommodation, we took a scenic drive through the luxurious La Manga Club Golf Course. The stunning vistas of the mountains and the lush greenery were a perfect end to our day of exploration.
