Smooth and safe ride - Very smooth and welcoming start of my trip to Cape Town. The Driver was waiting for me at the airport upon my arrival and the van was very comfortable. As an extra he gave some very useful tips and pointed out certain things along the route. I arrived at my apartment quick, thanks!

Stress free transfer! - Book this now! I feel like the most frustrating thing when traveling is trying to figure out how to get around. Stuart made our day with being right on time to pick my family and I up from the airport. He gave us some tips, recommendations and even some background information on Cape Town in route to our Airbnb. You may be considering catching a cab or uber from the airport instead of this, I fully recommend booking this transfer just to make your arrival much easier and stress free. We were a bit concerned with our luggage as it was 4 of us all with 1 large checked bag each, 4 carry ons AND 4 backpacks. But Stuart is basically a magician because it all fit pretty easily and we were comfortable. We even arranged our return with Stuart for a smooth departure from Cape Town. Throughout our time in Cape Town, we did utilize Ubers to get around and you’ll truly appreciate Stuart’s driving if you do so as well. Some of the uber drivers drive INSANE. With booking two tours in addition to our round trip transfer, Stuart’s driving was great and we felt extremely comfortable and safe.

Best transfer ever! - The viator siper extra friendly guy was there at my arrival at the airport and even earlier he was really fast at replying to my questions! He is professional and nice and drove safely, in less than 20 mon I was T the conference centre. I would totally recomment this viator !

3 days in Cape Town - Stuart was waiting for us upon arrival with sign in hand. He was very responsive vía what’s app so we didn’t worry. He was very friendly and helped with luggage. His vehicle was clean and the right size for our group and bags. His driving was impeccable. The icing on the cake was all the information he gave us on the ride to our hotel - safety tips, places to go/eat, iconic/historical landmarks. Stuart was just phenomenal. So much so, we added him for departure pick up as well. Thanks Stuart!!!

Getting to the airport made easy - This worked out wonderfully, the driver was on time at our hotel, had a clean and nice car, got us to the airport efficiently and dropped us off the correct spot, for our check-in. They communicated in advance to verify flights pick up time and departure time, professional, and easy to use

Not there! - Driver was not there when we left the arrivals hall – I called the company and they said that we had taken too long and he left. They set the time of pick up and knew we were coming off an international flight that had to go through customs! They indicated their policy said they would only wait 45 minutes, but you can’t even get off of an airplane and get your luggage on a domestic flight in that time!
