  • Camps Bay - Camps Bay is one the better known areas with its myriad restaurants and beautiful beach. We stop at Maiden’s Cove for a photo opportunity.
  • Hout Bay - Hout Bay (Wood Bay) was previously home to a large fishing harbour but now is a yacht harbour and offers trips to the Cape Fur Seal colony at Duiker Island some 30 minutes away
  • Chapman’s Peak Drive - Chapman’s Peak Drive is just over a century old and is one of the world’s great ocean drives with magnificent mountain and ocean scenery offering some great photo opportunities.
  • Cape Point Nature Reserve - Cape Point Nature Reserve falls within Table Mountain National Park at the southwestern tip of Africa. It is home to baboons, zebra, ostriches and eland the world’s largest antelope
  • Cape of Good Hope - The Cape of Good Hope is the most southwestern tip of Africa and is where the two ocean currents of the Atlantic Ocean meet, often producing some amazing ocean scenery when the huge waves crash onto the rocks.

Our tour starts at your accommodation in the City and takes us along the Atlantic Seaboard, passing Clifton, Camps Bay and Llandudno before descending to Hout Bay. We then drive along Chapman’s Peak Drive (one of the world’s great ocean drives) onwards through Noordhoek, Kommetjie, Misty Cliffs and Scarborough to Cape Point Nature Reserve. Along the way we stop for many photo opportunities.
At Cape Point you can choose to take the hike up the steep cliff path to the old lighthouse or the Funicular Railway to enjoy the magnificent cliff-side scenery and ocean views.
Guests can enjoy lunch at the Two Oceans Restaurant before driving, or hiking, to the Cape of Good Hope, the most South Western point of the African continent, where there are many perfect photo opportunities.
Our return trip to the Cape Town will include a drive along the False Bay coast passing through Simonstown (home of the African penguin), Fish Hoek, and the coastal villages of Kalk Bay, St James and Muizenberg.
