In fact, there are more floral species in the Table Mountain National Park region than in the entire United Kingdom. You’ll find many of these at Cape Point – recent estimates suggest there are over 1,000 plant species in the Cape Point region, with at least 14 being endemic.

The air at Cape Point is among the purest in the world, making it home to one of Global Research Watch’s (GAW) atmospheric research stations. GAW is a global network established by the World Meteorological Organization to monitor trends and changes in the Earth’s atmosphere.

Coastal shipwrecks on the peninsula - Great tour to do especially having wine tasting at the end. This was a very flexible tour we even had the opportunity to visit a shipwreck at long beach. The good thing was that Remigous our guide was very flexible and he know his stuff. The drive to Cape point is quite amazing with lots of mountains surrounding Cape town. This is really a great city world class if i may say as it has the beaches and mountains within a 5 minute drive. This tour has loads of history and would not mind doing it again as a private tour.
