Fabulous walk with Rushdi - Thoroughly enjoyed our day with Rushdie. Well versed, great sense of humour, and happy to cater to any of our requests. We hit all the historical spots as well as interesting hidden gems. Loved the samosas and the Bakery! Highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a fun, and historically informative tour.

Five Stars experience . We recommend Rushdi as your guide and we are looking forward to have him again as our guide in - Rushdi is very friendly and available person. His knowledge of the history and the current situation and events is amazing. He answered to all our questions and tailored the tour to our interests. He is indeed a good ambassador of his Country. Our Cape Town visit was in January 2020.

District 6 & Woodstock by Gilbery - We had a very interesting tour in capetown. First a visit to District 6 and later in Woodstock. Gilbert our guide was a very knowledgeable happy person and an enthusiastic one too. We saw another side of town. The koeksisters tasted lovely. A perfect ending of our tour.

Nice but could of been better! - Would of liked to have more history of District 6. Was more just snippets, didn’t go to church as to many homeless people so went to castle instead. The lady was nice but didn’t get a true tour/history of district six.

Disappointing. - Kim (taking over from her mom who was poorly so couldn’t do the tour) was lovely. We got along well, but the tour did not fully reflect what i’d paid for. I basically only visited the District Six museum and the Castle of Good Hope, and ended up at the Mill. I did NOT visit the Fugard theatre, St Mary’s Anglican church, the Woodstock exchange and the Heart of Cape Town museum. Definitely not worth the money i spent.

Not worth it.wqate or time. - This was a waste of time and energy. We went to District 6 and walked uphill to a university campus, walked by an elementary school and on to Woodstock area which is industrial and boring. We saw nothing of interest. We ended in a street market, but we had to walk quite a ways and past a lot of homeless people. I did not expect a grand tour but this was worthless. I do not recommend this tour at all.

No Show - I was very excited for this tour and learning more about the area and history. Unfortunately, our guide never showed up. We reached out and didn’t hear back for over three hours. I definitely understand things happen and can empathize, just wish we had communication to not waste our time. Still waiting for a refund.
