Lovely food tour with great conversation - We loved this relaxed food tour. Olivia had lots of anecdotes about the food, culture and her experiences to keep it interesting. The food was delicious and the other participants were fun and interesting. Note that one stop was a wine bar and the other a bar/restaurant. While they provided my older teen with nonalcoholic beverages, might not be so much fun for kids.

This was my favorite... - This was my favorite activity in Capetown. The food was all really fantastic and there was a lot of food. The wine tasting and beer/ gin was a lovely addition. I really appreciated our guide Justin and him giving us a good mix of history of the neighborhoods and South Africa and explaining the significance of the food we were eating. It was a great day for food and conversation and it was enjoyed very much by the 4 of us in my group. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get their feet on the ground in Capetown!

A True Culinary Town! - What a wonderful introduction to the culinary diversity of Cape Town. Justin and Olivia were very knowledgeable and experienced guides, and the food choices were delicious and more than enough for lunch. Our favorite was the Cape Malay Bobotie at the Bo-Kapp Deli, which made us regret that this was our last day in town. Justin mixed culinary history with historical history which make the tour even more valuable for out-of-towners. The blind wine tasting at Openwine was enlightening and was a perfect sequel into our next stop - Cape Wine Country. The restaurant recommendations at the end were perfect, too.

A Taste of Cape Town - Olivia was an excellent guide showing us some of the culinary history of South Africa. We sampled many local dishes, some excellent wines & learnt the stories behind the places visited. We were in a small group of eight & enjoyed the company of the others. We would definitely recommend this tour to sample the delights of Cape Town.
