Great tour - It was our first day in Cape Town and Sebastian gave us a great tour. He shared many information on the city's history as well as of his family, and many tips useful for the upcoming days. He made us feel very safe and at ease the whole tour

See the City with the Friend you’ve always hoped would Show you around - Wow - What a delight to see so much of what this city has to offer. Our tour guide, Sebastian, was knowledgeable, fun and prioritized our safety as he showed us a mix of historical and cultural locations. The walk was delightful insight into the feelings and flavours of South Africa’s history and potential. Even after our tour, Sebastian was available (via WhatsApp) if we had questions or needed recommendations. This tour is a must-do for anyone who is curious and inspired to get to know a city on a personal-level.

Sebastian, a very friendly and very good tour guide - We were lucky to have Sebastian as our tour guide. It was very informative and interesting with him. We learned a lot about history of CT/SA and the life of today in CT/SA. We strongly recommend Sebastian as a tour guide, also because he has a very positive personality.

Sebastian, the passionate ❤️ - Sebastian helped me to have the best experience I could have in Cape Town. First, As I was alone traveling in his city, he gave me a lot of tips to feel safe every time when I was alone. Then, he showed me what was important to know about Cape Town and he adjusted the tour according to what he understood I also like :) it was amazing!!! Finally he helped with my other plans in Cape Town. Sebastian, is a passionate, funny and extremely humble person, trust me all comments done and mine represent who he is, someone you want to meet :))) Thanks again Sebastian

Excellent tour with Sebastian - We spent 4 hours on the highlights of Cape Town tour and it was excellent. Sebastian is very easy going and nothing was too much trouble. He was very knowledgeable and it was fascinating hearing the history and especially the impact of apartheid given that is recent history in our lifetime. I would thoroughly recommend Sebastian.

Short Tour - Tour lasted less than 4 hours. Castle of Good Hope was closed in preparation for the opening of parliament. Guide did not take us to Bo-kaap. In hindsight we should have spent more time at Slave Lodge since tour only lasted 2.5 hours.

Tour-guide NoShow, no info about cancelation, no apology, but got $$ back. - First the tour guide contacted me to say he would have to send a colleague an hour later than scheduled as he had an accident. Which would have been fine, except he mixed the weeks and was 7 days too early. Can happen and we have clarified. One week later we arrived at the designated place as per the ticket purchased. Just the guide did never show up. Reached out to him (Nathan), seemingly he had canceled the tour at the tour operator 'withlocals'. This was a big disappointment as nobody did bother to inform us and we wasted half a day as a result. Did not even receive an apology from either Nathan or withlocals. Bad experience but I gave two points as we got at least reimbursed.

Poor communication - Traveled to Cape Town with friends. We booked this excursion 1 month out and was excited to participate. The day before this voucher, my friend received a notice stating it was canceled. A refund was issued for 4 people. However, I did not receive this same notice, and when I tried to explain this situation to obtain a refund- I was met with silence. For obvious reasons, I did not feel safe traveling to this pick up location alone and thereafter leaving the drop off location alone as well. Our voucher was for Sept 13th. I have yet to receive any communication or refund regarding this matter. My advise, it's not worth fighting for $155 due to the majority of your party being canceled and met with absolute no communication
