Platteklip Gorge on a beautiful sunny day! - It was a lovely day with clear skies and good weather for a hike. We had a great time with Lynette - she was punctual, knowledgeable and managed our group well. I enjoyed the stories shared on the hike and we had so many pretty pictures. i recommend this hike with OTC - good time here!

To an enthralling experience! Perfect way to start the day! - The views from the table mountain were spectacular. Lynette was an amazing guide and was very cooperative throughout. She had some fun facts for us too. Overall a fun and great experience. A bit strenous for sure though for novice hikers!

Great hike up Table Mountain - This was an amazing hike. Our guide Lynnette was so friendly and super knowledgeable. Took the group up at an appropriate speed and made sure we were all ok.

Fabulous guided walk - Wow, what an experience! Every part of it was spot on. Easy to book, great communication throughout, a pickup from our hotel bang on time, a fully guided walk up Platterklip Gorge, a host of interesting facts and wildlife observations, and, much, much, more. And, boy was it worth it! Great views all the way up as the sun rose and then the joy of reaching the top all under our own steam.

Highly recommend - Well organised, collected direct from our hotel at the time agreed. Clear communication upfront.
Really enjoyable experience - pace was set for the groups ability, only half a dozen in the group which was good. Lots of information along the way which we wouldn’t have got if we’d done this without a guide.

Well organised and informative - Really enjoyed our hike up Table Mountain with Lynette. We chose Platterklip Gorge. We had thought about doing it ourselves but friends had advised going with a guide for safety. I think we would have been safe as it was a weekend morning so it was busy, but I’m really glad we went with Lynette as she gave us lots of information about the mountain and Cape Town that we wouldn’t have known otherwise. She picked us up promptly, and the group was only small which was good (half a dozen). I’d definitely do more hikes with her if we were visiting the city again.

Great experience - We were a mid 20’s couple who regularly gym but have never hiked and first time in Cape Town so opted for a guide tour.
We went for the platteklip gorge route.
Our guide Lynette was amazing! We loved the hike and were so happy we took the decision to hike instead of the cable car up to the top.
Couldn’t recommend this enough.

Perfect hike with excellent organisation - It was the fourth hike with OTC Adventures and everything was perfect (as always). Lynette and the team is well organised and the whole experience is just amazing! The guide told us lots of interesting facts about Cape Town and the nature and adapted to our fitness level perfectly.

Highly recommended tour - We enjoyed this hiking trip, the hiking was a bit tough, but our guide Kai was amazing and when reaching the top, the view was so nice. Highly recommended this tour. Right after the booking, Lynette was contacting us, and gave us all the information, and quickly answer when we had some questions.

Great trail and even better guide! - We had a lovely hike up the table mountain. The Platteklip trail is beautiful, technically simple, but you need somewhat good conditioning.
Lynette is a great guide, told us stories about the mountain and shared many of its highlights. She is very knowledgeable and a great communicator.
We will definitely come back to do the India Venster route next time we are in Cape Town.
