Amazing service - African Wildcats Travel was amazing the entire week my family and I were in Cape Town. He not only took us to the destinations we asked for but he also gave several options for us to choose from when we weren’t sure of what we wanted to do. Throughout the time we were there, he helped no matter the time day or night. Our family felt like we were apart of his family by the end of the trip. We greatly appreciated the suggestion of the Wine vineyard tea and chocolate tour.

Great service - Rushdien did our airport transfer and took us around at our request on different occasions. He was very responsive and helpful. Knows his ways around and was a great guide. Will definitely use his services again whenever we are in cape town!

Great Service - Waiting for us at the airport on arrival even though we were delayed for 4.5 hours. Very helpful with luggage etc. Booked driver for the following day and he provided an extensive and knowledgeable tour of Capetown and booked Robben Island for us

Camila was nice and friendly and on time picking me up from the airport - Learning about Cape Town’s history, seeing the city and meeting other tourist. The company was helpful with explaining the process of booking a ride .

Bad communication, no res found - I received a confirmation number from Viator along with the name and contact number of the pick up company. The driver did not show up at 1:00 pm, the appointed time. After a 10 minute wait, I called the company number on the reservation. They did not have a res in my name. They sent a substitute driver but took too long to arrive. I advised them that I could wait no longer and found alternate transportation. By the time the driver arrived, more than a half hour late, I was gone. I do not know where the ball was dropped but certainly my confidence and trust in booking through your company has been compromised.
