Highlights
- Mouille Point Beach - We start the tour along the flat paved promenade with sparkling ocean views on your right and Table Mountain on your right.
- Cape Town Stadium (Green Point Stadium) - We cycle through the award winning Greenpoint Urban Park designed at the same time as the Soccer World Cup stadium next door.
- Greenmarket Square - We cycle into downtown Cape Town and enjoy the sight and sounds of everyday life. We have a break at the historical Greenmarket square where many souvenirs and artistic work are for sale.
- Company’s Gardens - The cycle continues through European like cafe culture and historical sites of interest. We rest at the Company Gardens for tea and cake in the tranquil surroundings.
- Bo-kaap - Following our break, we head into the Cape Malay area called the Bo-Kaap. This must do area is steeped in the history of Cape Malay peope. Filled with colorful homes, friendly citizens and the smell of traditional curries.
- Victoria & Alfred Waterfront - We end off with an easy decent into the V&A Waterfront where we meander through the many attractions on offer in this world class prescient.

Commence with a relaxed cycle along the Sea Point promenade. We then make our way through the picturesque Green Point Urban Park with the state of the art Green Point Stadium close by. After exiting the park, we enter vibrant downtown. Here we educate guests about Cape Town’s rich heritage, also allowing clients to get in amongst the bustling city life. From the historic city centre, we cycle into Company Gardens for some relaxation & refreshments. We then tackle the sights & sounds of the Bo-Kaap ending at V&A Waterfront.
The most important aspect of your tour are the fabulous qualified guides that take you on more than a bike ride. They are knowledgeable, attentive & fun professional guides who take you on a journey you will never forget.

Highly recommend! - We enjoyed the tour with Matt. Great ride around the city. He was very knowledgeable, patient and professional. We appreciate learning a lot about the heritage, culture and best sights on Cape Town city centre.

E bikes tour of the city - We loved our guided tour of the main attractions of Cape Town with Skeeso (so sorry if the spelling of your name is incorrect) who was so friendly and personable. We hired the E bikes which were very easy to use but to be honest we could have just had normal bikes and it’s relatively flat for the majority of the tour. Skeeso had some great information about the different sites of Cape Town without overloading us with too much history. It was a great start to our honeymoon and we would highly recommend it to anyone at the start of their trip who wants to get their bearings regarding the city.

Biking and hiking are a must - amazing, authentic experiences! - We had an amazing time cycling the city on E bikes with Abie! We hiked Lions Head Mountain with him on the day of our arrival and loved the views and hearing all about the history, landscape and animals of Cape Town. We then asked if he could take us on a tour of the city the following day and he shared so many wonderful stories and took us to see some great spots and made modifications easily based on our asks. Highly recommend!

Great Cycle Tour - A very enjoyable few hours cycling around Cape Town with our extremely knowledgeable guide, Abi. We stopped at all the key landmarks and Abi gave us such a great insight into the culture and history of the city. Highly recommend!

Cape Town City tour - It was easy to select the ride we wanted and book online. We scheduled our ride for our first full day in CPT to familiarize ourselves with the City. The meeting place is the Radison Blu hotel which is a great location with amazing views. Matt was on time with great bikes. Matt will adjust the route based on the skill of the riders in the group. We left the Radison and rode along the waterfront, thru the City, the V&A waterfront and back to the hotel. It was a great ride and Matt has great knowledge of the history and routes of CPT. We had a great ride, then had a beer at the hotel overlooking the ocean. If we had more time we would have added the cycle wine and dine tour.

A unique experience, absolutely recommendable - We had a great day thanks to Skeezo. He gave us a lot of cultural and historical background knowledge, showed us great sides of Cape Town and was always incredibly positive, friendly and courteous to everyone we met. Guided Bike Tour with Abi was excellent. We tailored the itinerary to meet our needs and he was happy to oblige. - We did a 4 hour bike tour along the coast with our guide Abi who was awesome!! We tailored the itinerary and he was happy to accommodate us. Bikes were great and Abi was attentive, careful and wonderful to spend the day with. Thank you for a fun day in beautiful Cape Town

An enrichment of my knowledge about Cape Town - A very nice tour with a guide who provided all the information about the things that interested us. Learned a lot about history and Dutch history there and also about apartheid. Very impressive
