We recommend that travelers take their time when searching for their names, as there are numerous representatives from various tour operators and taxi services, which can cause confusion. If our representative is not immediately visible, please allow a 10-minute waiting period or visit the information desk, where they can assist in contacting our office in case of any disembarkation delays. Once travelers meet our friendly driver or guide, they will be transferred to their destination at a comfortable pace.

We offer guided transfers, including local sightseeing near the city for guests who may have a few hours to wait before hotel check-in. Travelers can request additional services beyond private transfers. Our flexible chauffeur service is available in and around Cape Town, accommodating last-minute bookings for those who prefer personalized services. Private transfers from hotels to Cape Town Airport and back to the Cape Town Harbour Cruise Terminal for check-in are part of our offerings. All transfers include a meet and greet with name boards when travelers disembark from the cruise ship or airport, making it easy to find our friendly and welcoming representatives who assist with luggage and transfers to destination points.
