Hottentots-Hollandberge - In the morning we head for the Zipline Adventure location, which lies within a Nature Reserve.\nOn arrival you are required to register your details and attend a compulsory safety briefing.\nYou are suited up with your safety harness and then what could be an experience of a lifetime begins.\nHop aboard the 4x4 vehicle and you will be driven through one of the most stunning Nature Reserves in the Cape. This Reserve is home to animals like Cape Fox, Caracals, Porcupine, Chacma Baboons and Leopard to name but a few. The Plant life is part of the Fynbos Kingdom which is the smallest but richest Plant Kingdom in the world. The starting point is high up in the Mountains. You are treated to a series of 11 Zipline adventures across 13 platforms.\nOn arrival back at the registration office it’s time to head for the Wine Experience is done in the cold climate region of the Cape. So the wines have a completely different characteristic.\n\nAfterwards we make our way back home \n\nSequence of events may change when unforeseen circumstances are encountered. Please read carefully what’s included and not included.

This Zipline event stands out from all local offerings. Once named as the world’s second best adventure, it takes place in a spotless Nature Preserve. The Zipline experience consists of 11 Slides and 13 Platforms and lasts about 3.5 hours.

The event happens within a biodiversity hotspot located in our coastal mountain basin, which happens to be the most biologically diverse and richest on the planet.

In addition to this, we offer a distinctive Wine appreciation experience. Conducted in the cool climate mountain region of the Cape, this experience deviates from the norm often found in tourist-populated, warmer regions.

The Zipline activity is not recommended for participants with heart complaints, during pregnancy or other serious medical conditions
Fitness required: We recommend a reasonable level of fitness. You will need to hike for 1km up and out of the mountain after the tour
Due to uneven surfaces, this tour is not recommended for those with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair.
Zipline activity is subject to favorable weather conditions.
Please be sure to bring warm clothes since weather in the Cape can be unpredictable – especially up in the mountains
Please bring comfortable shoes to walk in.
Rain gear will be provided in wet weather

Thrilling experience, excellent guide - I highly recommend the tour. It was just myself and husband so it was like a private tour. Johnathan was excellent, friendly, knowledgable, and entertained us the whole trip. Ziplining here is a must ! We loved the whole experience.

Fantastic adventure - This tour made for my favorite day of our trip, by far. Our guide was knowledgable and friendly, the zip line experience was so exciting yet safe, and the wine tasting location was beautiful and relaxing. Finally, the cheetah encounter was so informative, and we had the opportunity to pet a 6 month old cub.

We had a fantastic time on our tour... - We had a fantastic time on our tour. Rachid, our driver was very personable and we enjoyed gaining his perspective on living in South Africa. My wife and I had never zip lined, and she was nervous. We had a very exciting adventure, and our zip line guides KG and Lucky were stellar! They were very attentive to the safety of their guests, and KG stuck to my wife like glue, even tandem zipping with her. She loved it! The wine tasting was relaxing at a beautiful winery, and we bought a lovely South African wine for practically nothing the dollar goes a long way against the rand. We ended the day with the cheetahs at the Cheetah Encounter. Their program was very interesting, and we really loved getting the opportunity to pet the cheetahs and observe them up close. We highly recommend this tour!

A huge adventure! For those who... - A huge adventure! For those who enjoy fun and adventure! 11 ziplines through the mountains, with an amazing view! Plus, the winery is beautiful! And the cheetas place is interesting.

Such a fun day! The zipline was... - Such a fun day! The zipline was really high so we were a little nervous at first but once we got over the initial apprehension it was so much fun! It rained but our guides were awesome so we were able to keep going. Everything is safe and well maintained. They take realy good care of you. Such an adrenaline rush! They also give you a delicious lunch and they email you a video of your tour. The winery was smal and intimate and the woman who tended to our group was very nice. The bottles were cheap to take home. Finally, the cheetahs! Got to pet the adults and cubs and take pictures witth them. Overall an awesome day! Highly recommend!

Jonathan was a super good guide and... - Jonathan was a super good guide and told us a lot of things about SA. Zip-Line was outstanding and the area at the Wine Tour amazing. If you are into cheetahs also, this is the perfect tour. Best regards Henning and Rikke
