Meighan made our experience! - We originally booked a group half day so we were naturally and pleasantly surprised when we had the wonderful Meighan to ourselves for the morning and afternoon. The vineyards chosen for the wine tour were perfect and under the backdrop of the great knowledge and conversation from Meighan, we couldn’t wish for anything better.
I’ve personally done wine tours in Cape Town before and this was hands down the best experience. Would recommend and when I’m back in the country, I will book again.
Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Excellent Host and enjoyable half day in Cape Town - My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our morning on this tour. Our guide was really fun and interesting and was a delight to do this activity with. We visited two vineyards. The weather was lovely and the wine even better. Lunch was also very nice. In all I cannot fault this tour. Definitely worth it.

beautiful views and wines - This wine tour was a perfect way to fill our morning/early afternoon in Cape Town. Great for those who want to sip, sit and relax on poolside patios or at restaurants with gorgeous views of the mountains and valleys of the Constantia region. Not to mention the wine is fabulous. Blake is a great guide, being a Constantia native and having in-depth knowledge on wine grape harvesting. Would highly recommend.

Amazing Service - I had booked a half-day wine tour for the afternoon that my husband and I arrived in Cape Town. At the appointed hour, we waited outside our B&B for the guide. After ten minutes I looked at my paperwork and realize I had mistakenly booked for the following month!! I immediately called Blake and told him the situation. He said he would check on availability for the afternoon and get back to me within 20 min. When he called back, he sincerely apologized for not being able to find a guide on short notice and said he would refund my money. So we decided to visit the V & A waterfront instead. As we were pulling up in the Uber, Blake called and said he had found someone, if we were still willing to go, and could extend our time by a couple hours. Of course we jumped at the opportunity. He arranged for us to meet Kim in about an hour (her travel time to get to us) and made a reservation for us at a restaurant (since lunch was to be included). Kim picked us up and we headed to Constantia. We opted to grab a quick sandwich instead of spending our tasting time sitting in a restaurant, and Kim stopped at a lovely little place. We visited four wineries that day and Kim was a knowledgeable and charming guide, providing us with information on the wineries, their wines and historical background. We cannot commend Blake sufficiently for his extraordinary efforts to make this work for us. In addition, he followed up to see if we were satisfied. We have developed a liking and major appreciation for South African wines because they are of amazing quality for a very reasonable price. Although shipping from SA to the US is prohibitive, we have ordered many of the wines we tasted that day from a US distributor. What better advertisement for this tour and it's owner can we give? Thanks to Blake and Kim!!!

Lovely Wine Tasting in Beautiful Constantia - I booked this tour for my mother and her husband, who were visiting from California. They know their wines! And we had such a great time! We booked the half-day tour which started with a five-star lunch at the beautiful Steenberg Estate (with 1 glass of wine included), followed by a tasting (5-6 wines) at Klein Constantia, a tour of the historical Groot Constantia with wine tasting, finishing with a final tasting at the BEAUTIFUL Constantia Glen. This last winery is my favorite - absolutely breathtaking and picturesque, I will definitely be back. Blake was a wonderful host, going above and beyond to accommodate my parents, who are red wine lovers (Most of the other wine tours focus primarily on whites/roses). This tour is absolutely beautiful and imho a bit more classy than some of the other wine tours available in Cape Town. The half-day tour was more than enough to see the beautiful wineries and sample quality wines.

Wonderful Experience - From the moment Blake and Brendan picked my husband and me up at our hotel we knew we were in for a treat. They were charming and knowledgeable, sharing stories and history of the area as we headed to our first winery. First stop was Steenberg Vineyards where we sampled some delicious wines while taking in the beautiful surroundings. Blake and Brendan were excellent at giving us our space and privacy while attending to all our needs and making sure we were well taken care of at the winery. Next stop was Constantia Glen where we had a delicious lunch and sampled some more fantastic wines at a prime table overlooking the vineyard. Our final stop was Groot Constantia which was definitely our favorite stop on our tour. Blake and Brendan gave us a very interesting and informative tour of the grounds which has a long history. We made our way to the tasting room where we were able to try a variety of delicious wines, including off menu tastings that were available only because of their close relationship to the winery. At this point all the wine had taken full effect and we ended up staying and chatting with Blake and Brendan until the winery closed. They never once made us feel rushed even though I am sure we went well over our allotted time and were certainly a bit obnoxious at this point. In fact, we were traveling with a large corporate group in Capetown and later talked with several other couples who had done different wine tours. In comparing notes it was obvious that Constantia Wine Tours was by far the best experience. The wines were delicious, the vineyards beautiful, but what made the trip spectacular was the hospitality and professionalism of our guides, Blake and Brendan.

The amazing experience - We took this tour with my husband cos we both are huge fans of wine and we totally wanted to get to know south african wine as we heard a lot about it. The company took us right from our hotel in the city center and brought us to a journey to 3 vineyards. We've tasted many different kinds of vine from Constantia region. The best for me was the organic wine from one of the farms. Also we had the lunch where we could pick the meals that were perfect with the wine we've tried. I will definitely recommend this tour to my friends that are about to come to Cape Town.

Constantia is wonderful and it's... -
Constantia is wonderful and it's museum is not to be missed. Unfortunately our visit was marred by a tour company which misplaced our booking and who didn't deliver on their promise to make that up to us.
