A Mountain to Sea Adventure - Such a unique and special way to experience Cape Town and what makes up this incredible city. Matt has such a wonderful way with people and is a gifted storyteller. What a beautiful route, with mountains, fynbos, forest and a walk along the incredible coast, an absolutely delicious snack stop on the rocks with mimosas, ending with a fun and exhilarating scooter ride along the promenade made for a truly memorable day. I highly recommend this experience to locals and visitors to Cape Town. Definitely on the list as one of my best experiences!!

Highly recommended as the thing to do in Cape Town - DO NOT MISS THIS OUT!! - What an incredible day out!!! This is a definite when in Cape Town. So many people want to go to Lions Head, Camps Bay, Clifton, Sea Point..... well this trip does it all in one go and by foot and motorised scooter. We started off with our exceptional guide Mat and he story told, fed us, watered us and entertained us for over 5 hours. We have done tours all over the world and this was possibly one of the best ever.

A lovely surprise walk - We had a great day out in Cape town! The walk started at the Kramat on Signal Hill. We walked past Lion’s Head enjoying the amazing flora. We took a shady trail all the way down to Camps Bay. We were treated to lovely snacks and great views. We followed the coast, walking all along the beach, taking lots of photos and spotting seals enjoying the sun. The last part of the day we each took an electric scooter and rode all along the promenade. Matthew, thanks for all the great stories. It was a great outing. Manya + Frederic. Loved every second! - 12/10! The Mountain to Sea trail exceeded all our expectations. What a great experience! It was fun, interesting and my whole family loved the outing. It's not necessarily something you get to experience on your own. Matt was truly a great guide and opened up our eyes to so many amazing facts about our beautiful Cape Town. Would definitely recommend this to anyone - the diversity of the tour ensures that everyone will have something to enjoy.

Guided Walking Trail, excellent city orientation. Perfect way to familiarise oneself with Cape Town. - I loved this experience! Matt our guide was full of local knowledge and is a great storyteller. The walk was gentle starting at the foot of Lions Head high above the city with beautiful views of Robben Island and Table Mountain then meandering through the forested Glen. I was delighted with the beach rest stop and the delicious local snacks followed by a bit of boulder hopping and finally a thrilling E -Scooter ride along the Sea Point Promonade filled with local stories.

Must Do Tour on Your First Day in Cape Town - This tour is perfect for those who don't want to do a hike as hardcore as Table Mountain or Lion's Head but want to be outside and hike. You get to hike around Lion's Head, down through the forest, along the coastline, and end with an electric scooter ride down a promenade by the sea. Matt also setup a fantastic picnic midway through where we got to try local pastries, cheeses, sparkling wine, and more. My group all agreed it was the perfect first tour in Cape Town as we got to see and learn a lot. Matt shared a lot of great historical stories and about life in Cape Town - not just what it's like for him, but for others as well. Matt is very genuine and we enjoyed our time with him immensely. Since The Lion Trail tour, we've done a couple others, and The Lion Trail has been my favorite. Trust me, you won't regret it!
