High wind cancelled our tour but Terry the guide was sooo wonderful!!! - While we had our tour be canceled by the company due to high winds we can express the professionalism of this company as well as the guide Terry!! He personally contacted us to let us know our tour was cancelled and then he even gave us information and locations to see the penguins and things to do during the day locally near the cancelled tour location. We can’t rave enough about a tour while it wasn’t able to be taken, made our day special the to kindness and an awesome guide and tour company!

A once in a lifetime experience - the best way to see the Penguins of SA - Without doubt the best way to see the penguins. We arrived and were very quickly introduced to Terry who was fantastic - so knowledgable and passionate. He really made the trip. We were in 2-person Kayaks with lifejackets provided. There was a locked box for our stuff that was manned at all times on-shore. Being able to see the penguins in the sea in their natural environment is an incredible experience and one not easily forgotten. Terry was able to explain all about their behaviours, habitat and the unfortunate challenges they now face. We were able to kayak right up to groups in the water and observe from a distance - a magical experience. Highly recommend - the best thing we did all trip

Fantastic experience, paddling with the penguins at Boulder Beach - This is a fabulous way to get out on the water and get close to penguins in their natural environment. This was a family trip with 2 parents and 2 adult kids. I thought it was good value. The trip was well organised with good safety equipment and 2 guides for the 10 guests. The bright yellow 2 person kayaks are very safe and easy to paddle even for beginners. We had a good hour and a half on the water paddling from Seaforth Beach in Simons Town around to Boulder Beach. We saw the penguins heading out to sea to go fishing. We continued around to Windmill Beach where we beached the kayaks and went exploring in the rock pools and could go for a swim. The water was not too cold and we didn’t need wetsuits. What really made the whole experience was the guide. Terry was so passionate about the penguins and the other animals and gave a great explanation of how they live. Would definitely do this trip again.

Amazing fun, insightful and inspirational! - We booked this as an activity on our honeymoon and loved every second of it! Terry and the team were very welcoming. We chose an early morning slot, which meant it was lovely and quiet - the perfect start to any day. Terry was so knowledgeable and passionate about the penguins, which was infectious. We learned so much from him about their behaviour, which we were able to observe really clearly from the water. It's safe to say it's a much better experience than being among the crowds on the beach! It's also obvious how much he cares for these amazing animals (and other species) and strives to help them, so you can rest assured your money is going to a very good place if you book with Shark Warrior.

A great way to spend an afternoon - This was a real highlight of our trip across Southern Africa. Despite us being late due to traffic, Terry waited and still took us out paddling. His knowledge of the local area, penguins, seals, sharks and birds was incredible. As we paddled he spoke to us about conservation and overfishing which was really interesting. We saw loads of penguins and seals and had a really enjoyable time out on the water. I highly recommend booking this activity, it’s well priced, suitable for anyone and what you see with Terry’s knowledge provides an unforgettable experience. Thank you - we had a great time!

Fantastic trip with Terry - I’m not usually keen on group trips but this one was definitely one I was glad I did! Terry was so knowledgeable and interesting along with his two guides. We saw penguins, seals and birds - all from a safe distance and with no impact on them at all. Best day out!

Recommended excursion! - A very enjoyable experience with our host Terry. Shark Warrior Adventures is situated very close to the penguins - less rowing and more time with the penguins. We were also joined by a lonely seal that swam between the kayaks.

Good trip! - Felt very safe the whole time! We also had an amazing tour guide named Terry. Very informational and nice.

Never got the service and... - Never got the service and havent refunded us, drove an hour for nothing. What a waste of time and energy.
