Cape Town, Robben Island - This is a tour out of the Cape Town waterfront marina. You take a ferry and on the island the tours are given by government employees. I book my excursions all over the world with Viator because they are fair prices and quality tours. The same tour can be overcharged by other Tour companies. Be aware. This was a very informative tour and was highlighted by seeing African penguins. We had an exceptional driver from the hotel to the location by the name of Caesar. He went out of his way to help us find an earlier ferry ride which made for a delightful tour.

Great app for travellers - It took a while to set up a logon id and attach payment details. We booked online for the 11am to be told that it wasn't available but we had been booked on the 1pm instead. This wasn't a problem for us.

I was able to see the sights without any problems. - If you book, your guide will buy you a ticket to Robben Island and give it to you on the day. They will pick you up from your hotel on that day and take you to Robben Island on the waterfront (your guide will not follow you). When you come back to the waterfront again, they will wait there and drop you off at your hotel. It takes about five hours in total. The guides were very kind and I recommend them because they enjoyed it without any problems.

Delivered - Great. Delivered when the previous tour operator took our money and then cancelled at the last minute. They were the replacement company who filled in at short notice

Went Above and Beyond for Me! - I had an incredible experience with Cape Oasis Travel and Tours. I lost track of time after the tour, and the driver patiently waited for me without any complaints. Really appreciated the kindness and understanding. Definitely made my day a lot less stressful!

Good Tour - Beware of Rough Weathet - Very interesting tour, but it was cut short due to windy weather, which resulted in a very rough boat ride back to Cape Town. Caesar was great! He picked us up and took us back to our hotel and walked around with us at the Cape Town Waterfront.

THIS TOUR COMPANY & TOUR IS A RIPOFF ! Do it on your own. & viator wont make it right ! - The company running this tour did not provide anything as promised, ( other than ferry /mueseum ticket) no water, no wifi, tour was over 180 passengers on boat , and 57 on bus, not max of 30 ! There was no wheelchair assistance or ramps as advertised. You can do this on your own for About $ 31 USD, just buy your ticket on line from Robben Island website 600 rand. Not the almost 2000 rand Viator / Oasis Capetown Tours. When i asked for the stuff they just laughed at me Total ripoff. I even have recording from Robben Island Officials saying none of those things are ever provided. The actual tour of the prison is interesting but you pay 3 times the value for nothing from the tour company, they just leave you in line with 200 other people to get on the ferry. & get there so late by time you get on the boat there are no seats left for a 45 minute ride to the island
