Terrific 21st birthday celebration - What an amazing time we had racing diwn the sand dunes. Our instructor Andrew was phenomenal. 10/10. We had a blast during our very one sided race when my husband won 3/3. It was an absolute fun time we experienced celebrating our daughter's 21st birthday.

Amazing - It was our first time to do sandboading bt our guide Bonnie was patient n made everything easy for everyone ,driving inside the dune with 4x4 on white sand dunes was amazing I definitely recommend

False advertising - The physical sandboarding is fun. BUT some of the boards are old though and the velcro for the feet straps don't work. Also NO shade was provided at our "chill spot" which caused us to burn us in our chops even with sunblock. Also NO photos were taken except the ones we took ourselves. Permits are advertised as R68 per Adult R42 per kid we had to pay R75pp either way. Would recommend booking through another company/agent.

Awesome day out - Experience didn’t start off well as we were advised there was no booking for us when we had a fully paid voucher. The operator “made a plan” At least the amazing guide Chris turned the day around for us, really amazing guide and awesome experience.

Dissatisfied Customer - I booked Atlantis Dunes 2hr Sandboarding + Photo activity and it was a very underwhelming experience. There was no photographs taken other than the ones we took ourselves. False advertisement if ever there was one! For the price paid it was not worth it. Not a happy customer… the Guide however was good and worked well with children.

Do Not Book - No communication from vendor. It was not raining at our hotel but was raining as we drove to the venue. Upon arrival no organization and they said we couldn’t sand board and they knew that since this morning but didn’t cancel or communicate. Tried to hustle us to do quad biking but we didn’t want to so we left. I messaged Viator what happened and they didn’t refund us since the company denied that they cancelled excursion. DO NOT BOOK!!!!!
